I have been with AVP for about 7 years now going on 8 and it was the best decision I could have made for my small business. The company I was with previously was charging me for a service that I did not even use at my store and in general was more expensive. AVP offered me a better deal with better rates and I could not turn it down. Over the years if anything happened to my terminal customer service would be able to help immediately without a long hold time. I was being charged monthly for merchant fees and AVP helped me come up with a solution to fix it promptly. Tiffany helped me figure out how to get the percentages down each month so I wasn’t getting charged so much. Their team came in and switched me out to a new and improved terminal and system and I haven’t had any issues since the install and it’s been about a year now. I would definitely recommend for people to check out AVP because they really care about each of their customers and make it a point to have a personal relation with them to check in regularly.

I'm so deeply thankful for the team at AVPS. I first connected with Tammy in a panic becuase I had been shut down by Square. She was truly my shelter in that storm & now feels like a friend. She walked me through how the process would go and had me back to taking payments within a few days, always letting me know she was just a phone call away.
