Scott was outstanding and professional throughout the process. His report was extremely detailed and couldn't recommend him more.

He was thorough, professional, and clear in explaining the issues — which turned out to be far more extensive than expected. His detailed report and realistic cost estimates helped us make an informed decision and likely saved us from a costly mistake.
