Water through ceiling from En suite
We had water coming through the ceiling and naturally we panicked. Called Avento as recommended and they very quickly found the cause of the issue, rectified straight away and came back the following day and decorated the entire hallway. We have have had no issues since. Thank you

This is the 3rd time that we have had Avento Property Services to decorate several rooms in our house.
The tradesmen were very respectful from start to finish and maintained an immaculate work space.
We are very satisfied with the finished job, their attention to detail is A1 and we would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a high quality finish.
Communication thoughout the entire time was excellent

Beautiful finish and real attention to detail
Avento Property Maintenance redecorated my whole house and garden, carrying out everything from plaster repairs and interior painting to fencing and paving. Every job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, with a beautiful finish and real attention to detail.
The team were professional throughout, always arriving on time and leaving the work area clean, tidy and organised at the end of each day. I am extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and the finished result. I would recommend Avento Property Maintenance without any hesitation.

I am extremely pleased with the fence installation. The workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the project was completed on time. The crew was professional, courteous, and left the area clean when they finished. The fence looks fantastic and has greatly improved the appearance of my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality fencing work
