If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 sweatshirts, never received. Wrote 4 emails to their supposed customer service, no response. Ended up going to bank and having charge reversed. Stay clear of this scam company!

Only gave one star because zero stars is not an option. Goods have not arrived. Emails ignored. Website gives the impression of a sweet little cottage industry. Don't be fooled! Read the reviews....

Actually....this company is 0 stars and is a scam!!!! Lost my money...never received items....and they continue to sell on Shopify!!! Shame on you, Shopify, for not investigating or helping the customers scammed on your platform!!!

I tried for weeks to get help for a Christmas tree I ordered for £250 I sent 30 emails and just kept getting an automated response .I never got the tree and had to go out and buy another . Please do not shop with this company!! There is no phone number to call , I believe its a scam , I lost £250 pound right on top of Christmas

I purchased a Luna Yorkshire Terrier on the 27th Dec Ive had no contact from them at all Ive send at least 6 emails everyone came back address unknown So people please don’t order from these people I have been very lucky I will get my money back oh And there is no phone number numbers for them

Absolutely awful service , item is nothing like what was described… then they wanted me to ship back at my cost with import charges … avoid at all costs … I would pay 5p for what came a waste of £50

It’s a scam, I ordered a dog lamp on the 26th December haven’t heard a word from them. So emailed the address provided which can not be found. Please don’t order from this site.

The site keeps changing prices within minutes. The discount did not apply at the checkout for ordering 3 items. My basket kept emptying. I realised something was amiss, then read the reviews on Trustpilot.
Thank you to everyone for saving me £123 wasted on tat that most likely wouldn't even arrive. I've reported Avenly Home with no expectations of anyone caring.

Yes i stupidly bought one of things Chinese crap advert said it was glass but when I received it it turned out to be plastic I stupidly left it on all night in the morning it had set on fire it could have set the house on fire what's this government doing letting this fire hazard into this country

My wife puchased the Collie dog thinking it would be a nice addition to he collection of other collies which are the real deal... this piece of tat is just that, plastic crap and not a representation of the image shown... this business needs to be investigated!!!!!

Don't get me wrong the lamp itself is lovely however the size is a different matter, it's tiny doesn't give off any light and the colours are dull. My son said it took ages to come as well. NOT worth the money at all even at 50% off! Now my lamp has stopped working after a week's use TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

The items are terrible quality and plastic shipped from China, absoulute scam and pricing is a joke .avoid

You will not receive the item displayed or described on their website all links to contact them were blocked as soon as delivery date had arrived there is nothing beautiful or sophisticated about the item I eventually received today absolutely disgusted with what was actually delivered!! Just a cheap piece of plastic of no value at all certainly won't be giving as the gift intended so embarrassing!

I ordered 4 lamps on the 12 of December with guaranteed xmas delivery.They emailed me with a tracking number to follow the journey.Around the 16th of December I had an email to say it was with yodel gb then 2 days later I checked again and on the information it said it was just departing china (yet 2 days before gb yodel had it).I have since tried clicking on the tracking link and it tells me oops something has gone wrong contact the seller.(My first email went through though no response my other 3 have been sent back telling me it can not send to the email address and I have tried 2 different email addresses and they both bounce back.Im going tio contact the bank tomorrow and and hopefully get my money back.All of it i hope.(Fingers crossed) has any body else tried to do this? hope if you all contact your bank aswell you will also be refunded.Wish I had looked before ordering but been so busy and worrying about what to buy people.Seen the advert and thought that they looked really nice and stupid me ordered them before reading these reviews

Do anyone know how to contact this stupid company avenly home..still awaiting my order booked on 1st December emails come back failed and are not going through and there are no direct contact numbers for this company.Looking to get a refund but that's going to be difficult having read all the messages on trustpilot
