After purchasing the device, I noticed that it was damaged. Customer service responded promptly and professionally. They sent me a replacement part and offered a discount. I then asked whether I could receive a different hose instead of the discount, and they were more than happy to accommodate this request. It was all handled smoothly and without any fuss.
Without a doubt, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely top-notch.
The pressure washer itself works perfectly and does exactly what I expected. In my view, the 12-metre hose is essential (it was a little stiffer than expected, though this was at a temperature of around 3°C). The foam lance also performs as intended.
All in all, a very solid and well-made machine.

Great product
My order was processed and shipped fast after ordering. Upon delivery, the container of the foam canon was broken. After having to wait about 5 days, due to some error in their mailbox, the issue was resolved nicely. Looking forward to use my P57, the design is wonderful and the features are thought out very well.

Vor ca 1 Jahr habe ich mir einen AVA Smart Hochdruckreiniger P60 X-Large gekauft, vorher habe ich einen Kärcher K4 benutzt. Seitdem war er oft im Einsatz und ich bin beeindruckt von der Reinigungsleistung und Handhabung des P60 zudem mein altes Kärcher Zubehör auch noch weiter verwendet werden konnte. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
