Lots of townhomes but this one & location can’t be beat!
We chose this townhome based on the reviews and the location. It was just as pictured and was so comfortable and clean. We loved it!! The location is fabulous. We walked to the harbor, beach, stores and restaurants. Loved the exercise and didn’t even rent a golf cart as we’d planned. KC’s Oyster Bar Restaurant and Busted Bicycle Bar were only a block away. I asked for more towels and immediately they were delivered. I asked for another outside grill as it was quite rusty and within a day a new gas grill was delivered. We would stay here again!!

Great Spot
Our original booking had an issue and we were immediately notified of this and given the option to an UPGRADED rental. The house was lovely, the sitting furniture was not as comfortable for elderly person, with the exception of the outdoor furniture. The mattresses were wonderful. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable. The pool was available, but it was too cold. The views were lovely, The inside of the kayaks needed cleaning. There was 8 in our group and we had lots of room and enjoyed the games. Bring your fishing gear, this rental is in a great spot.

Our stay was wonderful!
Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were exceptional. We came in due to the loss of my sister, and the home couldn’t be more comforting.
As well, the service was quick and efficient. We were locked out and the area manager showed up and helped us in 10 min! Beautiful home with magnificent views.

This was our second visit to this property. We bring our 3 teen sons for spring break and there is plenty of room. The views, amenities and charm are what make it great. We will continue coming back.

Perfection!
Everything about our stay was wonderful! The location is ideal, across the street from the beach, and great coffee and food places in walking distance. The bungalow was wonderful, clean, and spacious enough to blow a hotel room out of the water. The balcony was dreamy with the cozy little spot to hang out and listen to the waves. I will absolutely stay here again and again!

Clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4
The apartment was ready when promised and communication with AvantStay was easy and clear. The unit was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet yet still offered a lot of options for dining and recreation close by. Its proximity to the Universities was a big plus for us. We would stay here again and will look for other AvantStay properties when traveling in the future.

Adorable home
Adorable home. There were four of us and we were very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. Right between Rosemary Beach and Alys.
Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The beach was steps away. What more could we need on vacation!!

Very clean place. Views were amazing, and the king size bed and pillows were so comfy. Balcony is roomy with a nice size table. Once again, views were amazing! Would definitely go back again :)

Great new home with a solid outdoor setup.
One heads up: there’s a street light right next to the backyard wall that, when on, kills the vibe after dark. I mentioned it to the hosts during their first-night check-in text, suggested they contact the city about it, and somehow the light was off the next night. No idea how they made that happen, but it was impressive.
Hosts are responsive and clearly on top of things. Would definitely come back.
