The house was as pictured in a nice location close to everything. The Avant team was fantastic. We needed an up grade on some kitchen pans and an entire kitchen setup arrived very quickly. Anything we needed they responded to quickly. Highly recommend this company

At first when we saw the building before we park, i was nervous how the room will look like. The parking area is nice and very well kept. The property all around is well kept and clean. The unit we rented is cute , carefully decorated and mostly clean. I’m very particular with towels and beddings, and it really passed my expectations. The bathroom supplies are perfect and so with the kitchen supplies. We love the coffees provided. If I come back to PCB I will definitely book with this property again. I highly recommend this place.

Most Wonderful Family Vacation
Amazing experience! the house was impeccably decorated and furnished,
love that there was an abundance of towels and toilet paper. The local staff was very attentive, they responded to our only issue within an hour and we were set. They kept in contact with us our entire stay. Thanks Thomas you were amazing! my family had a wonderful time and we look forward to visiting same time next year!

Worst Company EVER
We flew in from Tennessee and originally booked our stay with AvantStay, but when we arrived at the unit, it was extremely dirty. We contacted them right away, and they told us they didn’t have anyone available to come clean it and that we would have to wait until the next morning because they were so busy with spring break. That was not an option for us, so we decided to find another place.
After doing some research around town, we came across Life in Paradise and went by their local office. That’s where we met Tracy, who completely turned our trip around. She quickly jumped into action and, with the help of her housekeeping staff, was able to get a unit ready for us in under an hour. We were so impressed with how fast and professional everything was handled.
Not only did they get us into a clean, comfortable place right away, but we were also able to rent a golf cart, which made getting around so easy and fun. On top of that, Tracy went above and beyond by letting us borrow her own beach chairs and a cooler for our stay.
This ended up being one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had, all thanks to Life in Paradise. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a stress-free stay!

Everything was in good working order…
Everything was in good working order without any surprises like missing tp, or sheets. All info was provided promptly and when a minor issue did arise (couldn't find wifi password info), getting help was immediately available. 9/10 but I like to provide constructive criticism, the amount of information required and provided was at times a bit too much and in some cases contradictory, leave trash in compactor, put it in dumpster (online info). Absolutely no fires...firepit with instructions on dos and donts on a local placard.

Most relaxing vacation EVER!
We loved the house and the location was perfect!
We had plenty of room in the living room to have someone come and do a private sound bath for us.
If I could make 2 suggestions, they would be: please have tissues in the house and please install some Zevo bug killers or something because we had a lot of Crane Flies in every room of the house. Also there were some spiders coming in in the space under the front door.
We didn’t mind any of it because we’re from Phoenix and we’re very used to bugs but we thought you should know.
Overall a wonderful experience and we’d give you 10 stars if that was possible! Thanks.

The house was very well kept and exactly what my family needed.
Only negative thing was the wifi was really bad which made TV’s difficult to watch. With that said it was a great time for reconnecting!

A lil family getaway .It was in a great location right by the beach .It was perfect for us .We were basically there to sleep get up and we were out most of the day . Didn't cook but kitchen seemed to be just enough space to do so if that is something you'd Ike to do. Coffee shops close and a few restaurants aswell.

Excellent and open communication. House was beautiful and the yard and grounds pristine. A very pretty stay. Small issue - the internet was just okay. It was fine when it was on, but it would sporadically go out entirely.

We loved our stay
We loved our stay! The home was clean and accommodating. One item I would recommend for Those who use the washcoths provided- supply one washcloth per towel. We had our own washcloths but I noticed it was not enough per towel in the cute baskets you left in the rooms. We appreciate the kitchen being stocked with dinner wear, etc. supplying the trash bags, sponge and dish soap was great. There was a bag of shot glasses! Great addition! Bathrooms, beds, sofa were clean! I always investigate lol and bring my Lysol, and wipes. One item I would say is the home smelled like turmeric or something mainly on the first floor so I sprayed it with febreze and opened windows to get it out. We loved the movie room, bean bags and the game room with two TVs and PS5s. That was awesome! My kids always bring their game where they go! The Pool table was nice! That giant sized bear is so cute just need to be sewed close so the stuffing stop coming out. We love how they put notes on how to use the thermostat.
Overall home was clean, comfortable, accommodating and fun! Thank you

Everything at the cabin was great. Everything worked as it should. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. The communication between property managers and guest is 10 out of 10. Best stay our family has had in the Smokies.

Lake view galore
The lake view backyard was wonderful! Morning coffee and evening cocktails were so relaxing. Our dog loved playing in the yard and hanging on the deck. Master bedroom has the same views and it was great to wake up to the lake views! Could use a few upgrades in home but view outweighed everything! Great customer service! Always there for any issues. Definitely would utilize company again!
