Terrible customer service which spoilt the experience of having a new kitchen fitted.
The kitchen designer made an error on the plan for the space where my existing fridge freezer was to slot back in. When the kitchen was fitted, the gap was too narrow for the fridge freezer to fit.
The error was on the plan that no-one had picked up on. The director tried to blame the kitchen fitter, and failed to acknowledge the error on the plan that had two measurements on it that did not match, which created the problem.

Called Avanti, polite conversation. They came out to have a look. I suggested the quickest and easiest solution was to replace the fridge freezer, which was not ideal but the easiest. The contract manager said he would check with his boss. when they contacted me (after I has chased them!) they wanted to take the kitchen out and refit, which would have meant taking the granite work surfaces out, damaging the plaster to the wall again, moving electric switches that had just been fitted and cutting down cupboards to make the fridge freezer fit.
I replied I did not want the mess again plus taking more time off work to be there to let trades people in and out, plus the delays on a job that was now complete.
The service received in trying to resolve the issue was poor, rude and unpleasant. Made to feel that I was asking for the world when all I wanted was a replacement fridge freezer, to complete my kitchen.
Arguments, rudeness, attempts at intimidation, finally they provided a low £450.00 to replace my fridge freezer with which all I could purchase was a basic model inferior brand.
Totally spoilt the experience of having a nice new kitchen fitted to end the extension works.
As a previous Avanti customer I was totally disappointed with the service received from the management/director and promptly cancelled my bathroom refurbishment with them.
Such a shame as the quality of the kitchen is excellent, but be prepared for terrible customer service if you have problems.
Always thought that Avanti would be my go to supplier for fitted furniture, but unfortunately will not return.

We used Avanti Oldswinford to install a new kitchen. We are delighted with the result. From our initial meeting with Nathan the kitchen planner through to completion we could not have asked for a better service. Nathan planned our perfect kitchen, Steve project managed and installed it, alongside excellent tradesmen - electrician, plasterers and worktop suppliers and fitters. The whole process was seamless. We have just written to the MD of Avanti Kitchens to let him know how delighted we are with our new kitchen and laundry installation. We were recommended to Avanti by our friends, who said we would not regret it, and they were absolutely right. The design phase was a delight, the installation was of the very highest quality, and the aftercare and problem solving around the very few issues we encountered made for a stress free experience. The showroom staff were super helpful when we visited several of the showrooms to get ideas, it is therefore without hesitation that we recommend Avanti. The finished product has certainly enhanced our living environment.

GOOD initial Design & selection service in store. Good site measurement.
THOUGHT we were buying a fully fitted kitchen but when priced Installation showed estimates from third party installers & contractors.
INSTALL was chaos, 3 or 4 doing electrics. 2 doing plumbing elements (plumber caused resultant problem) ; responsibilities changed. Builder & Kitchen fitter was good. Nobody from Avanti attended at all during the fit out.
KITCHEN would not be delivered until you pay 100% in advance. Contractors all had extra charges.
Finalised after approx 8 months.
All looks Great Now.

Would highly recommend Avanti and will be using them for future renovations.

Beautiful design and finish.Very pleased with new kitchen.All the people involved were perfectionists and could not have been more helpful.

having spent alot of time and money investing into a new kitchen you don,t expect to have issues the first issue was that i had ordered the wrong micro wave oven even i had asked for a model with a grill and after 5 months waiting i was told thanks but we are not interested but after a review in less than 24 hours they were on the phone asking what we can do to rectify the problem and take the review down a full refund i said no we carn,t they said you had off signed on the paperwork which is are get out of jail card so i was left to foot the bill for that one. so emagine my surprise when we find the cuboard below the sink was full of water after a breif look found a water pipe union leaking which after contacting them someone was sent out to look at it did not repair it just looked a week latter it was looked at to be repaired but needless to say there was water damage to the unit and after an inspection it was deamed to only have a small repair to the cuboard was required i spoke to avanti and said there was water damage to the base of unit but i was told there was not which is very difficult to see why not as any body who has ever had water on chip board or any other laminated board would no that it acts like a sponge obsords and swells up and starts to blister the laminate which is what has happened to the base board and is still there and as for the repair well i know have two steel brackets screwed in to the cuboard which were not there before and the reason for that is simple its a cheap as possible repair this may be ok on a ten year old kitchen but not on one less than a year old and having paid alot of money for its a pity that the companys policy for a doing a repair is so low the main reason as to why its not been repaired properly is cost and time its a pity i cannot upload some before and after pictures but there does not seam to be a feature of trustpilot to do that.

They made it happen in time for Christmas which was the best present we could have asked for!

The fitting team were brilliant too - even when small part wasn’t available, they came back within a couple of days to sort it.

Would happily use Avanti again and recommend them to anyone.

Really pleased with two new bathrooms we’ve recently had fitted from Avanti. The quality of the bathrooms are outstanding, and the service received from Luke and the team has been exceptional. Our fitter, Lyndon, did a great job, leaving everything clean and tidy each evening before he left. The attention to detail was really good, and we were kept up to date each day with progress and how things were going. Couldn’t be happier.

Special thanks to Paul Goddard in the Sales team who nursed us patiently through the process of deciding our kitchen lay-out and making our requests come to life. Our fitter, Daz, who made light work of the jigsaw puzzle we had for him. When we did hit an issue, Luke took control immediately and got things corrected as quickly as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Avanti.

The design process and comprehensive support from the installation manager gave us full confidence in the whole process. Our fitters were excellent and so efficient and talented as was the quartz and worktop process.
The quality of the units is excellent and whilst there was some very minor damage to 2 doors, these were replaced and refitted without any hassle.
Having a new kitchen is not cheap and I can honestly say Avanti provided excellent quality and service and therefore value for money.

I had all of my kitchen done back in 2007. The units are still as good as when they were first out in. But I needed a tall ridge freezer as I was having difficulty bending down to my under counter one. Dave Chambers the designer was so good. We couldn’t afford to have all our units replaced, so he re designed it, using existing doors and making a space for the new free standing fridge. Absolutely thrilled with the result. Thank you Dave! And everyone else involved including the fitters. I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Got our bedroom done with them too

The team were great from start to finish. At design stage we went through multiple stages and designs, every effort was made to meet my requirements. We recently had our kitchen fitted.we chose the esprit range in concrete. Our designer Danny from the Solihull branch was very helpful and came up with some great ideas. We had a few items missing on delivery but were resolved very quickly with no issues. We used our own fitter and Gareth the surveyor was very helpful gave our fitter fitting instructions and advice. Also Richard the warehouse manager was great at resolving any issues we had. I would highly recommend Avanti for the quality and service we’ve received.

We are repeat customers and Avanti did not disappoint us. We had a few problems with our kitchen which were solved quickly and efficiently. Our special thanks go to Steve, who was a very pleasant individual and a very good Fitter. Our thanks also go to all the other Avanti employees we had dealings with from the start to the end of our project. Thanks once again, we love our new kitchen.

I had a new bathroom and en-suite shower room fitted in July. The fitters worked hard and both rooms were completed in 11 days. Gaetano and Andre were well organised, pleasant and polite. They tidied and cleaned up every evening. I am delighted with my two new rooms and the high standard of workmanship.

Good quality kitchen fitted by a perfectionist Matt. Communication between ourselves & Avanti was sometimes difficult but overall excellent value for money👍
