great products but the newly brought in £15 delivery charge to order £58 of envelopes is ridiculous-- the other week it was free delivery on all orders over £20 and before that free delivery on everything regardless of order value- this needs to be urgently looked at again by the firm

I made an order for next day delivery, without my knowledge, the order was cancelled. Made another order on 14th june and still awaitin delevery. No response to emails and no one attends the pone line. Been shooping here since 2019 this is definetley the last time. When am i going to receive my bloody order?

No way of contacting, Never even dispatched my item on time
Placed an order before the next day delivery cutoff. Was told it would arrive next day. Hasn't even been dispatched yet and live chat on their site is non existent. What's more is their phone number rings through to a really unclear audio message and cuts off. Absolutely no way of contacting them, potential scam!! Will be going through PayPal to get my refund.

Notebooks
I ordered 5 notebooks each in A4 and A5. They only delivered 4 A4 notebooks and 2 A5 notebooks. Customer Service don't pickup the phone and even when I send an email to UK Support they are very slow to reply back. We still haven't received the full delivery yet which was ordered on the 28/05/2024. It seems as your company are short staff and people are leaving the firm.
