Cumbersome for more than one user

Cumbersome for more than one user, ie; an owner and a manager. Takes too long for the review process prior to publishing and your chat bot suggested rebooting the publishing process after 12 hours which was bad advice as it just put me back to the beginning.

I’ve previously used FB Marketplace to…

I’ve previously used FB Marketplace to post listings. Within a months time Avail found higher quality people, and they post your listing on Many other rental sites automatically. I am very happy that I took a risk to try something new to attract tenants. Thank you Avail 👍👍

Would recommend!

We run just a few rentals, and Avail has been great. The platform is relatively easy to use, both for us and for tenants, and in the few instances phone support has been needed, they've been available and super helpful.

I was able to create and publish an ad…

I was able to create and publish an ad for my space very easily, the app handled background checks, lease creation and a way for my tenants to pay and increase their credit scores. A must recommend!

Avail is wonderful for me

We only have one rental house that needs to be rented every year or two. I always get quick results with Avail and their advertisers. The only thing I struggle with is jumping from messages to applications-think that could be move streamlined, but other than that, I am very happy with the service.
