Commandé en novembre jamais ne répônds pas au mail

Returned items purchased from this company did not suit returned items as advised which cost a further £10.75 I have sent various emails and they keep saying it still has not been received at there side and that why I haven't received my refund. Scam. I send through Royal Mail now need to try and claim this back. Absolutely shocking please avoid

I ordered 4 sets of 5 stickers, when they arrived I got 2 full sets and 2 odds and sods. The full sets were too long for front doors, too long for back doors and too wide for boot lid sill. Contacted Autova, told to send to an address in Switzerland, did so at a cost of £15.50. PACKAGE ARRIVED BACK TO ME 2 WEEKS LATER, MARKED NOT AT THIS ADDRESS.
Contacted Paypal, they gave an address in Albuquerque New Mexico USA, AND TO A DIFFERENT NAMED COMPANY HP PRIME. Ok, another £25 for postage.
Tracking showed it got to Albuquerque, but,insufficient address, return to sender. So far it is somewhere at Heathrow London, on October 15th. 2025 at 1.16pm.
Contacted PAYPAL again, this resulted in full reimbursement for items and postage, 10/10 for PAYPAL.
This seller, whether it be Autova eu, Autova UK, Autocare or HB PRIME, GIVE THEM A BODY SWERVE.
I'm not saying don't use them, YOU MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND.

Do not trust this company
Say items have been dispatched then offer 30% off further orders made in 24 hours.
Email states Royal mail will send tracking details as at the PO and nothing after over a week.
Sent several emails and no response from customer service.
Out and out thieves DO NOT BUY FROM THESE

What an absolute terrible company. They deliver the wrong order, when you contact customer service it’s like talking to a brick wall. Full of apologies and that’s about it, I will not be buying from them again.

Why does nt this company reply to any e mails reference complaints about their door sill covers that do not stick. ? I have sent numerous e mails asking for a refund fir the rubbish they sent me without any reply. They are nothing but scammers. It puts you off ordering any thing on line again from anyone.

Door sill stickers that arrived were not what was shown on the website and they look pathetic.
They had FORD Racing written on them when they should just have had FORD. Autova want me to pay to return them. Their website also claims that they have a 4.8 review score on Tristpilot when it's actually 2.8. Awful service. Avoid them.

Purchased some Ford transparent sill protectors for my Puma. They eventually arrived, but as others have commented are cheap and tacky. The logo's are not the same as the the carbon ones. These come with " Racing " down the sides and not ST line. These protectors come folded and are difficult to get out. Return process is a waste of time. Return at own cost. Keep well away from this company.

Door sill ordered - sent folded into very small flimsy envelope so creased and bent - not suitable for use. Emails were responded to and poor quality shown in photos acknowledged, but no offer of refund or replacement - just option to return via recorded delivery to Switzerland which would cost more than item. Total waste of money.

Avoid the company at all costs!

Purchased the car phone holder. I have an iPhone 16 max plus and it would in no way hold my phone. I am not sure what the supplied magnet would hold. Asked for a refund and they offered me 25% of what I paid. I am sorry, what? Total garbage and ended up in mine.

Very poor product.arrived in an envelope with so many creases.now looks unusable.waist of money and no reply to email

I was skeptical at first, but the fit was exact for my car. No trimming needed. It adds a nice custom touch to the doors and protects well.

Very poor product. Transparent sill protectors just don’t fit well at all.A waste of money.
The black ones required glue and double sided tape to secure them in place. What a shambles!!
Contacted Autova and they obviously can’t be bothered to reply.
My advice, don’t waste your hard earned cash on this useless product

Recently purchased some sill protectors, same as previous review the quality of them is absolutely shocking, and the printing on them is rubbish not worth the money very poor quality.
Instead of placing on my new car they will be going in the bin.

Everything went smoothly, delivery was fast and compliant. The covers fit my Ford perfectly. Highly recommended

Stay away from this company, the quality is absolutely shocking.
Bought car sill procters and the printing and material quality is terrible.

Not holding my breath on this one, the list of restrictions on how the package cannot be opened and in original condition are horrendous.
You have got to return the order to an address in Switzerland and fully tracked.
I've seen less paperwork when applying for a mortgage.

My advice is to stay well clear of these con merchants.
Keep your money in your pocket, this is a legalised scam company, sell you shit and don't make it easy to return.
