what can i say about this company ? nothing good i,m afraid i was totally ripped of to the tune of over £800 i won a county court judgement sent the sheriffs along to recover the outstanding debt only to find its a mailing address John Kazem knows and plays the system perfectly you must avoid this company read all the other reviews

terrible company , placed a order which i then cancelled, will they give the money back .... Not on your nelly, no chance , i have given up with the amount of phone calls, emails, that i have made chasing a refund,
had to ask the bank to do a charge back, AVOID...

My ECU which drives the air con in my Land Cruiser blew a part of or 2 (black burnt transistor etc). A new one is £350 from Japan (no UK stock!). After putting a parts request out on the internet, they were quick to respond and said that if they test it they will see if they can fix and all I could loose is the shipping costs there and back.

I shipped it overnight on Monday afternoon, they received it Tuesday, confirmed it can be fixed and the quote with shipping back was £75. Sue was an absolute star and kept me in the loop of progress until DHL picked it up Wednesday and I received it this morning (Thursday). Fitted it and all are perfect.

People are quick to reach out and criticise (as some reviews are on here - on which I obviously cannot comment except that their address is no secret and sits on their website!), but I can honestly say it was a fresh breath of air to get such good service.

After sending this company my ecu for testing as my vehicle has an injector problem. I received a call after two days saying that they had found a fault with the unit and the repair cost would be £339 or £72 for testing and returning it to me unfixed. I decided to pay them the full fee so that I could get the vehicle up and running again. The repair took around one week when I received the ECU back from Autotekelectronics.com the unit had been wire brushed and also had two warranty stickers so that it could not be opened without losing the guarantee.

I took the ECU to the garage where the vehicle was and got the mechanic to fit the unit, once the battery was connected and the engine started there was no change the Engine Light came on straight away and the car went in to limp mode. The garage called an electrician who did a continuity test on the wiring to the injectors and everything was fine. This cost me another £72.00 to do.

This company charged me for a repair that did not need doing, Immoral is a understatement.
