It is the worst experience. Never I encountered such bad service since being a member on ebay since 2007. They charged my account for a set of gaskets but then these gaskets were marked as received even though, the order was cancelled and never received. The intention was so as not open a case against them on ebay once the item was marked as received. Not also that but I sent them proof that the order was cancelled through the parcelapps website history and they just ignored me.

This is the most unfriendly company I ever done business with.
I ordered a few plastic clips for €40.
The shipping costs were listed with €17 while checking out the shipping costs changed to €60.
One minute after finishing the payment with PayPal I asked the shop to cancel the order. But they were unwilling to do so instead they told me it's my own fault.
So the they were insisting on having me paying €60 shipping for a few small plastic clips that could be shipped for 10 euros.
Knowing I would not be able to get the shipping costs refunded even when sending the clips back.
That's pathetic behavior.

What kind of business practice is it to make a few euros profit on overpriced shipping costs and then have an unhappy customer?

I will never understand businesses like that. Instead of establishing a positive relationship they choose the other way and make a few dollars profit instead of unhappy customer and a long time business relationship.

I cannot recommend this shop this is not how you treat your customers.

Ich habe am 24.03.2025 bei Autospares.eu eine Bestellung im Wert von 55,62 € aufgegeben. Eine Bezahlung war ausschließlich per Vorkasse (Überweisung) möglich. Um den Mindestbestellwert für den Versand nach Deutschland zu erreichen, habe ich neben dem benötigten Renault-Spezialwerkzeug auch zwei handelsübliche 0815-Innenraumfilter mitbestellt.

Der ausschlaggebende Grund für meine Bestellung war das Renault-Spezialwerkzeug, das sonst nirgends mehr erhältlich ist. Der Artikel war laut Website lieferbar, was mich trotz der ungewöhnlichen Zahlungsbedingungen zur Bestellung bewogen hat - leider ein Fehler.

Bis heute (01.08.25) habe ich keinerlei Ware erhalten.
Mehrere Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Kein Versand, kein Kundenservice, keine Rückmeldung - nichts.

Für mich heißt das: Lehrgeld bezahlt. Ich werde dort definitiv nie wieder bestellen und kann nur dringend davon abraten.
Für mich ein typischer Fakeshop.

As Ebay deleted my feedback I'm giving it here. Seller autospares.eu indicates misleading delivery times in listings. First they claimed the item would be delivered around the end of month. I said that was too late as I needed the item urgently. I then asked them to cancel the order as I had already ordered elsewhere. They refused and INTENTIONALLY sent the item knowing that it had already been ordered elsewhere. This is VERY NASTY and certainly not the way seller should treat their customers - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR.
The item was returned to seller. NO COMMUNICATION, NO REFUND, NO NOTHING. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR!!!

Vorsicht! Vermutlich Betrug! Ersatzteil bestellt am 12.06.2024. Bezahlt (260,30 EUR) am 17.06.2024. Lieferdatum sollte sein 30.07.2024. Seitdem: keine Lieferung, kein Geld zurück und vor allem keinerlei Antwort auf zahlreiche E-Mails und Briefe.

they say they can supply older parts that are not available elsewhere at realistic prices. Delivery times are then +30 days, but even after six months you have not yet completed the order. What is not delivered but paid for never arrives and you lose that money. oh yes, customer service is very bad. they hardly or not answer emails at all.

even 1 star is too much. I had ordered some older parts, the website stated that they would take a longer delivery time. But it takes +3 months before anything is shipped, but you will not get your money back for the parts that are not available. You don't get a response to emails. no matter how attractive it may seem, don't buy here! its a scam!

Bought items which did not work on my car, I wrote to the company who wrote back asking questions , it went on like this for a good while. The last email they asked for was my vin, which I supplied, I never heard from them again and then I realized they were only waiting until the money went into their account, leaving me no recourse.
