They cancelled my order and did not notify me.

I ordered an item for my vehicle. The website said they had 10 in stock. I get an order confirmation, a week later, I got a delivery notification. The delivery did not include any tracking information, and notification said that if I had not received it yet, to wait 48 hours before contacting them.

The 48 hours pass, and I log in to track the order, and the website says my order was cancelled. I call the customer service number, and the person on the phone tells me they cancelled it because the item was not in stock, and they were not able to outsource it.

I was never notified that the order was cancelled, and even more confusing was the delivery notification.

I should have heeded the warnings, but thought I would try to save a few dollars.

I called autoplicity to purchase a refrigerator, the customer service name Joy took my phone number and told me that she was going to call the warehouse to find out if they had any refrigerator available, she called me back and said that she found one available and asked me for credit card information, name and address, she gave me a order number and told me that I was going to receive it at the end of next week.
For some reason I checked my bank account and didn't see any charges from autoplicity and decided to call them, another customer service agent asked me for the order number when I told her that I didn't see any charges to my account and she told me that she was sorry but that they are out of stock, I asked to speak to a supervisor and someone last name Vasquez told me that another person went and got the refrigerator and that she couldn't hold it for anyone.
I didn't have words for that, what she meant with holding it, I paid shipping, I paid 1949 dollars for it.

Very poor customer service. I wouldn't do business with this company. They will waste your time. Go elsewhere...

Order exhaust for 68 Chevy c10. The there web site said ship in a few day. Placed order on 5/10/2021. They printed a shipping label that day. Which gave a fedex tracking number, checked it serval time. No movement. Call on the 16th. They said expected shippers date was the 20th. Still no change On the 27th call to check on it the person on the phone said she would check with the warehouse on why it hasn’t been shipped. They said we will email you in 24 to 48 hours with an answer. I said just cancel my order, she said I’ll put in a request for canceling your order and you will here from us in 24 to 48 hours. This place is a joke. Good luck

They shipped my $300 boat console to an incorrect, non-existant address, refused to update the address with FedEX when I notified them immediately, and refused to provide a refund. Incredibly rude staff, from customer service to “manager” (who refused to give me his name.) Item was delivered to an unkown address in a city an hour away from me and left on the sidewalk.

Absolute fraud. Website showed that they had 9 in stock. I ordered one and almost two weeks later after several calls trying to get a tracking number, they issued a refund with no explanation. Total scam!

I had ordered a set of boat seat covers gor 93.61$ they didn't fit do l returned the only yo received a refund of 51.58 they said it was a restocking fee. Very unhappy with this !!!

OUT RIGHT THIEVES!!!! I order parts for shocks website stated in stock. Once I placed order I only received 2 of the 6 parts. I called there customer services what is a joke. They told me parts would be shipped middle part or May, I order parts in April. They told me my order was canceled, sent and email which stated they would be in contact with information on cancelation. I contacted them 4 times by email trying to get a response. After I told them I was reporting the company for theft. I received email that parts shipped. Just another lie from this sorry ass company!!! I will be filing charges on this company for theft! They stole my money and I want justice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY TELL EVERYONE!!!!

This website is a joke. They sell items that they dont stock. They will not tell you that till after you place order. Then try to get in touch with them is not easy. No response to emails....just a waist of time.....

What a joke! will never use this company or Affiliated companies of there’s again. Did not receive full refund on my return.

I would give this company zero stars if it was allowed. They list items in stock on their website but don’t have it. They’re just the middle man processing the order but falsely advertise their inventory and shipping date. Don’t bother to do business with Autoplicity and find another seller.

Unethical company. they advertise full refund however they took 20% of what I paid for returning the item in perfect condition and packaging. I would never do business with them again.

I would not recommend this company at all. They are dishonest and they lie. On Amazon they do not tell consumers that there is a restocking fee. I bought tail lights for my husband for his birthday and they were the wrong ones, so I sent them back. They charged me $60 to “restock” them. When I gave them a bad review the first time they asked me to please take my review down and they would refund my $60. I took down my review in January and as of today still no refund. I have a string of emails from them telling me they will give me a refund. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off.

Ok so I ordered a pair of new black aftetmarket tail lights for my 2008 Chevy Malibu classic LT (which were priced great but hard as heck to find), and I found they have great deals, big inventory and all.....my only complaint is how long it took just to ship them....which took 4 business days( not including the weekend) and when I called a couple of times, the customer service representatives, both....we're sarcastic, short and very rude to me, the second rep hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question...I wasn't rude, my tone wasn't mean, I was respectful and courteous.....so my customer service experience wasn't good, which is why I only have 4 stars.....other than that....I would still recommend buying from them and may do so again.....just be wary of some of there reps....EDIT: so I have read some other reviews and it seems to be the communication and customer service representatives....those are the probs everyone is having....if they fix that problem....I think things would go a lot more smoothly...also, one reason they have been taking forever to ship, my personal opinion, is they are in canada, the item must go through the border, and not to mention the weather conditions and the way the country is atm....those may part of the problem....

well. I ordered some steps to board my boat or I thought I did. They have a great picture of a girl boarding a boat on these steps so cool I ordered . I get a hand rail instead. Ok i didnt pay attention its not the right stuff cause it says handrail and its very deceiving. SO they claim easy return. this is easy? I get to return the rail i cant do SH__ with! but I haveto pay to return and then they want to charge me a restocking fee. WT_ is that ? some guy hasto go and put it back on the shelf? so now I haveto wait until I send it, they receive it , inspect and restock and I will get a partial return. So on the 113 dollars I worked my butt to have so far im down to 90.40. Thank you so much autoplicity for being NOT customer friendly and stealing money from the consumer!!! I will make sure I tell every body i ever met in my life that you are out to steal not service. what a ripp off. Shame on you! one word ...Karma!!

I am very disappointed in this store ordered tires there took my money and 2 months later still no tires, keep hearing there coming from another warehouse were in space could be 21 days. STARTING 3RD MONTH ARE YOU GUYS MAKING THE TIRES BY Hand

I ordered a set of 4 winter tires on December 27th it is now February 2nd and I have still yet to even receive shipping!!! There’s no update from the company. I did not order from China for a reason lol
I do NOT recommend this site!
I won’t have winter tires until spring at this rate at which point I don’t need them anymore and I will need to purchase summer tires.....

Ordered an item, a few minutes later realized it was incorrect. Called and they said they would stop it. I called the next day to be sure, but they said they couldn't stop it. UPS contact turned it around. They kept $320 of my money. When I called about the charges, they put me on hold and left me there. Very dishonest company

This company is a total waste. Their promise quick of shipping is a total falsehood. After being hung up on three times by this company and nearly 4 hours of hold time. I was told my order was canceled. I even called back to confirm I was told I could not get a confirmation number from customer service. The email that said we are sorry it could not be cancelled because of where it was in the process. I knew that was misleading as I had been told earlier it was due to ship on 1/18 today is 1/11. I contacted PayPal and I am almost certain that spurred the shipping if in fact it has shipped. Their excuses are empty and unhelpful. They want me to refuse shipment and then they will process a refund. This company puts all the work on the customer to fix company problems. Do not trust anything they tell you. They have over $500.00 of my money and a bumper I ordered. Yes the price was good that was the hook. Pay a little more and deal with professionals. As Monty Python would say “Run away...run away!”
