I can see this will be one in a million but my experience was as bad as customer service can be. I placed an order and realized I did not need the tires I ordered - I canceled the order within an hour. I then received a notification that my order shipped (not possible in an hour) and I had to wait to return the order. When all was said and done, I received a 30% refund for my order after returning the brand-new tires. 10/10 would not recommend and I will go out of my way to leave negative reviews for this company.

I ordered rotors , received the wrong item , they do not fit on my car and when I contacted Autoplicity they refused to honor the refund , they claimed I used them , how can someone use a rotor that does not fit ? Buyers beware

These people are disgusting beings, had to return a part and they charged me through the roof for shipping and “restocking.” Do not order from them.

Sent the wrong part and updated the price after I had bought the thing. Horrible customer service and a complete scam. DO NOT BUY. Ignore any of the positive reviews. They are outdated or wrong. This is a scam website.

Only reason I’m rating one star is because there was not an option for zero. Scam site. Buyer beware. They take your money and hold it as long as possible.

Bought tires. Did not get email confirmation. Called phone number- disconnected! Did not get tracking number. Warning I do not recommend.
They had the cheapest price on tires.

This company is by far the worst it’s pretty much a scam website and so is there sister company thmotorsports ! I ordered over 1900 in shocks that supposedly were not in stock and they had no idea when they were ever going to have them in stock so I said cancel my order and refund my card, well it wasn’t as simple as that with this company it took over 6 months to finally refund my money after disputing the charges with my bank .

I bought a new Bosch agm battery it lasted 5 months I’ve been trying to reach out to them last week the lady said I’m going to see if they have any in stock I have heard nothing back from them now I had to buy another one at Costco buyer beware buying from here I got ripped off out of $279.00 trust me don’t buy from Autoplicity

I purchased a Bulldog 190758 square jack to fit our portable generators. It was delivered on time but did not meet our needs. I requested a return, and despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, the return has not been processed. Customer service repeatedly stated they were checking with the warehouse, but no progress has been made. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Read the reviews don't do biz with them. You have a 25% chance of getting screwed. Put them out of business. Amazon needs to dump them. They still haven't refunded $268 of a $670 part.

Placed an order for a set of tires and they issued shipping labels but no movement in tracking for several days. Called customer service several times and inquired what is the delay and they couldn't give answer. I requested either ship tires or cancel order. 8 days later still no tires or refund. I would not recommend this vendor. Will file a complaint with BBB.

On 3/18/25 I purchased a MAXpider Custom Fit Kagu cargo liner from Autoplicity through Amazon for my 2025 Volvo XC90. On 3/20/25 I noticed that the item I purchased had not shipped. I contacted their customer service with my concern and was advised by Mary N and Harshit M. that they did not have the item and therefore needed to cancel the order. How long would I have waited for them to discover they didn't have the item if I didn't bring it to their attention? How ironic is the fact that their first bullet in their business philosophy is " If you show them a product is available make sure it really is". How are they able to sell something they don't have? I understand I'm just the little guy who purchased something from them one time, but first impressions last along time and are hard to forget. If you are selling something and post it for sell, make sure you have it to deliver…...

Ordered a part when it arrived , it was poorly crafted I sent for a return after sending 3 msg I finally got an RMA . I followed all instructions to a T and got it returned. The problem is the part cost $191 and my refund was $74 , they say restocking fee and shipping , very unreasonable price . Overall is company is NO GOOD , never order from them

They don’t advertise their parts as they should, expected to get some harnesses shown on the pictures when the item came it was bolts instead.

The trolling motor was junk. Husband had to put in shop 2 times. Inside was damaged propeller was cracked. They gave him 75.00 back on purchase but the purchase price was over 300.00. Do not buy from this company its all junk.

I ordered a SAE socket set by mistake, I meant to order a Metric version. I opened the box, saw the mistake and immediately asked to return. While I thought I'd be on the hook for return shipping, I never thought I'd be charged $42 for "restocking fee". Crooks!!! I should have ordered from Amazon and saved both the restocking fee and return fee.
