never buy anything from BE FORWARD auto parts it is impossible to cancel an order even if you do it immediately and write an email to them and they answer if I am sure and why that I want to cancel my order I write that it should be canceled because the price is too high but they withdraw money from my bank anyway

I recently purchased parts for my Vehicle. The package was supposed to arrive in Dar es Salaam on 28th June but I haven't received any updates as of today 6th July 2026. I tried contacting the sales department but I haven't gotten any response that makes sense. please assist

I bought a computer box for my vehicle and it worked without any problems

I purchased a transmission spare in march but upto now i have not yet received it or an update. I sent emails but no professional response. Was given a tracking number but no update upto now.

This is extremely frustrating disappointing and unprofessional from beforward.

No update no communication just keeping quiet but i paid my hard earned money

I bought from beforward before and it was good.

Items received as described. Fast delivery.

I haven't yet received my spare part. UPS shipping company still indicates that the parcel is held in Tokyo warehouse due to weather conditions. This puzzles me because scanning and warehousing formalities have taken many days.

well i wasnt happy about beforward, actually did a quotation for 4 spark plugs , and i even asked if the price they gave me where for 4 plugs and they said YES, upon arrival i paid $120 For zimra duty , but when i recieved the box of plugs i only got one plug . i contacted beforward and they told me i paid for one plug. WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD IMPORT ONLY ONE PLUG. they started telling me we will give you a huge discount , but honest what do i need a discount for i just need what i paid for. and i paid for 4 plugs according to their quotation. my advice is BEFORWARD Autoparts is a fraud .. and i will never buy from them again. better use local dealers than beforward , they over charge you i had to pay over hundred and forty for one plug .. then if i add zimra duty thats two hundred and sixty for one plug , how can that be logical. I HAD TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER THE FULL AMOUNT AND IM THE ONE WHO WAS AT LOSE HERE.

im only going to stick to buying cars only as in for parts the team responsible for parts are fraudsters , i age all of you not to trust them . it will end in tears.

Eny parts I received always exactly as they show in online shop …..
Always I arrive in Cyprus in 2 weeks time.

Expensive vehicles than other suppliers some of the vehicle are cheat to show case rest of them are very expensive
