Great chair, great price, fast delivery. What more do you want?

After 6 years of some serious milage of my bottom being in this chair, the seat cushion is showing signs of wear. I needed assistance to track down my order number. I got the most amazing support person I have just about ever had Ashley B. She was not only amazingly helpful in tracking down the order number, but broke down all the parts and costs for me, and was very candid with me and all my questions about the different models of chairs, versus buying replacement parts, and some of their accessories that I was interested in. This company has my business for sure! And to whoever is in charge, you need to keep Ashley B. happy, because she is an amazing asset to your company, and is making your customers, customers for life!

Did not like how the holes for the screws were not aligned and still had plastic that needed to be filed down to allow screws to connect the back of the chair to the seat. Everything else seems pretty solid so far.

Update: Talked to customer service and they were very helpful and explained more to the set up process. I have other chairs and even a office desk from them and they have all been very good! 5 STARS

I have the Ergo Chair Pro. It has been the best chair I have ever owned.

I have had several issues with the chair and had to repair it but Autonomous has always sold me the repair parts and offered free shipping on the repaired item.

Despite the chair malfunctioning, I am very happy with the chair and it is worth repairing.

Quick shipping, easy assembly and so far the product is living up to expectations. Some minor shaking when you type vigorously but for this kind of desk that's almost unavoidable and it's minimal. Well worth the tradeoff for the standing function and in line with many other "normal" desks. Converting to positions is easy and fluid, plenty of space on the surface.

Great chairs and great customer service.

I needed a new control mechanism for a chair I bought in 2020 and they were able to help me get a new one with a simple online chat.

Easy to order and arrived quickly and in good shape. Fit as expected. They are also small enough that the height of the table at chair level is still good. The locking levers are a bit hidden for unlocking, but that is not too big an issue.

i really do love this product, i got a desk for my husband last year and it was very easy to assemble and had an amazing quality. I had to get one to myself!

The chair is great! There was a small defect in the cushion but the support team reached and is sending a replacement at no charge. So a great chair and a great customer support team. What more can you ask for? I’m very pleased and would highly recommend.

easy ordering, quick delivery

I purchased my Autonomous chair 6?ish years ago and decided I should replace the mesh backing that my cats thought was a great scratching post. I had no idea what email or account name I had used, or if I even had access to it, and could not find my digital receipt anywhere. Their representative Ashley was patient and kind, asked a few simple questions and found my receipt within minutes.
The quality of the chair is unbelievable - honestly nothing NEEDS replaced on it, the frame is stable and I've never had a part break or wobble on me (and I'm not a small person)
I was given clear and honest information on warranty, inventory, shipping times and the value of repair vs. replace with no pressure whatsoever.
This is one of the best brands I've ever worked with and I'm sooooo glad I went with them over that other big brand you're probably looking at purchasing from and wondering if it's worth it - don't do it. Get the Autonomous.

I like the esthetic of the desk. However, my order arrived later than expected. Also, some of the screws were not able to screw all the way in despite using a screwdriver. The desk is not very stable because of that.

Awful customer service, and their ETA for shipping is lie. They will never notify you of delays. I place order on 23rd, and the item was out of stock, but they still sell it. They expect to have it somewhere after March 3, they dont know it for sure.

Chair construction is fantastic! Great shipping times and the instructions to assemble the chair were easy and took just 1 person to complete. The mesh is sturdy and feels like a extremely expensive corporate office chair.
