Read the reviews, they will message you asking for more money than you paid for. I saw people complaining about that and still gave it a try. Nope! The company messaged me asking for more money.

Great customer service. I phoned with an idea of what I wanted and a Automotive Sales rep confirmed I was on the right track for my vehicle, the use of my vehicle and style of driving. Ordered via the site, super simple. No issues here.

Pay a couple extra dollars to buy parts from someone reputable. They sent me parts that were clearly returned (cut open bag and missing hardware). Even after sending pictures two weeks later they are still arguing they are not responsible.

I placed an order July 19th 2023. $279.50 for TuxMat 8588-R3 - Black Front And Rear Row Custom Floor Liner Set. On the 20th they claimed "The product you ordered Is out of stock with the manufacturer with NO eta on when it will be back in production.". After checking TuxMat's site it WAS in stock. Anyways I did not care at that point, as long as I received a refund that would have been fine. It's been DAYS of emails and calls with NO RESPONSE from the company. No replies, no one answers the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

Still can't even get a hold of NO ONE !!!I bought a set of rims a day later I got an email saying they are discontinued threw the manufacturer but still ram my card and billed me for the rims that they couldn't get !! So now Its
on my card and can't never get ahold of anybody to take it off.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered 2 wheels and they emailed me asking if I had meant to order 4. I explained I had 2 already and then I received another email later saying they can't fulfill that order and said a different tire number replaced it and did I want to order those and they would send me an invoice for another $46 even though the website said they were the same price. I sent pictures of the price online and they said they couldn't honor that price. I cancelled my order and then order the tires they offered myself for the lower price. I now got another email saying they aren't unstuck and there is no ETA on them. How do they offer you a tire and not actually have them. It has been a week since I first tried to order and I still can't get wheels from them. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Horrible company. They're anxious to charge you for your part and no guarantee the part is even available. Then, to get a refund takes 10 business days. I wish I would have looked up this company before ordering !

I recently purchased the HELLA 958040641 LED Light Bar from this seller, but was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the product being advertised at a certain price, the seller later requested additional fees and refused to honor the original price or ship the product as advertised. I attempted to resolve the issue with the seller, but was unable to come to an agreement.

I was extremely disappointed with the seller's actions and the impact it had on my experience. I do not believe that it is fair for a seller to change the price or terms of a purchase after it has been made, and I would not recommend this seller or product to others based on my experience.

It's important to note that this review is based on my personal experience and is not intended to be a generalization about the product. I have tried to get my money back on an item they originally showed in stock and shipping would be 2 days.
Got an email next day saying item had to be special ordered and would take 25 days to ship.
Customer service has not gotten back to me through emails and phone number doesn’t let you speak to a real team member.

Saw great price for a product, but suspected it was too good to be true, got an email asking for an additional payment "due to price rise". yeah right... maybe not bait and switch to the letter of the law, but feels shady as hell, just go with someplace reliable or at least use paypal if you need to do a chargeback

Update: I received a call from Soleyman Wahidie and he agreed to ship the item I ordered. It arrived and was as described. It took 5 days of emails and a 15 minute phone call to get them to honor their advertised pricing and policies. Mr Wahidie claimed they have physical warehouses in the US and Canada, yet only employ 6 people. I agreed to update my review based on their agreeing to honor their advertised shipping policy on the item I ordered. I added one star since I actually got the item.

Original review: This site and their sister site, tdotperformance.ca, are bait and switch scams. They don’t use real names, don’t have a real physical address, and don’t have a phone number that is ever answered.

All positive reviews here and elsewhere are bots.

I was tricked into buying from this company by the old bait and switch. Sold item to me with free shipping and a few days later got an email wanting me to pay 111$ for shipping freight. Was told the same thing as other people on here. It’s to big for their usual shipper, and they would wait for me to decide. First of all I wasn’t happy about this and their customer service is nonexistent. So to not keep my clients vehicle held up any longer I paid for the shipping. Since the only reply I can get is an email that takes 2 days every time. By this time I would have expected the item to be half way here. Don’t figure. Then I get a totally damaged tool box,unusable. I start reaching out to them just to get a bunch bs time consuming garbage. Then finally 2 weeks later I get a 90$ damage refund offer. Ha, this thing is un usable. They say if I don’t accept item will have to returned. They didn’t say this but I’m sure the email I get will be saying I will have to pay for return shipping and that will be 2 days from now. Amazon would have taken care of me in 15 mins. DO NOT BUY FROM This company.

The ads says free shipping (and no tax was added) during check out.
Days later I got email from customer service asking for additional fee for freight and tax or cancel the order.
They offered less than anybody else on the item to trick me into making the purchase. Why didn't they say so on the ads to begin with to save me time ?

I ordered a set of pads and rotors. The item is back ordered 4 months. Company did notify me a week after order. The issue leading to a low review was when I contacted customer service to change my order to a more expensive product that is not back ordered, the sales person did not want to take the time to look up the part number. He asked me to call back With the part number. I advised him I could order anywhere, why would I take the time to do his job for him and call back to wait on hold again. The guy did not care about my business at all. Why would I shop here or come back?

Website said free shipping. I ordered 4 center caps. They are 4.5” x 3” in diameter and weigh a few ounces each. I received an email after placing the order that my items were overweight and oversized and couldn’t be sent by their regular courier because they’d have to go on a pallet. This explanation was provided to get me to pay an extra $19 in shipping. What a joke.

I placed an order for some wheels on March 19 for a vehicle I had purchased. After a while I start having issues with the vehicle, so I consider selling it. By March 22nd I ask what's the status of the order, because since it's considered a "special order" it cannot be cancelled if it ships. I didn't get a reply until the 30th that it was backordered (which I wasn't informed of anywhere on the site or by email prior). On April 4th I ask for a refund on the wheels.

I am told they'll confirm cancellation and get back to me. I get an email all of last week that they're confirming with the manufacturer. I ask what would prevent the manufacuter from running out the clock with no response until the wheels ship and I am stuck with them. I am assured that they have my cancel order, and as soon as it's confirmed I'll be refunded. I just got an email saying that the item shipped and a refund cannot be issued. The tracking number and label wasn't created until the 10th, Friday, so they did exactly what I predicted, ran out the clock and then claimed to be victims of no return policy.

Non-existent customer service. Won't answer their phone. I've been waiting two months for my order and still have not received it nor any tracking information.

Justin was great, he was very responsive, helped me figure out which Weathertec mats to buy. Got a timely and accurate response via email and it arrived on time.

Great website. Found the specific floor mat fabric I was looking for.

Great Magnaflow deals. Needed a Y pipe transition and didn't want to buy local given the markup around here. I checked online and couldn't believe the prices on here. Will definitely keep buying from this place.
