I have never had to deal with a non fault accident to a vehicle and was a bit stressed.
Dealing with Auto Logistic Solutions and Scott Gibson Bodyshop was excellent.Staff were friendly so helpful with calls/emails arranging courtesy car throughout the process.

Somebody crashed into the back of me a few weeks ago and wrote my car off, and somebody gave me the number of Auto Logistic Solutions. I was so busy at work and also needed a car for my commute, and ALS sorted me out with a courtesy car the next day so I didn't miss a day of work. Over the next couple of weeks, ALS had helped me get a valuation for my old car and get payment off the third party's insurance company, meaning I didn't really have to do anything which was great for me as I didn't really have the time during the day to do it myself.

The whole process was very smooth, prompt and taken care of brilliantly.

I was super impressed with the communication, efficiency and that every member of staff I spoke to came cross empathic and kind. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly customer service and truly took the stress out of dealing with a non-fault accident. Everything was completed in a timely manner and communicated clearly throughout the process. I was provided a premium car throughout the claim process.

Initially prompt and professional however this didn't last long unfortunately!
I chose the body shop that I knew and only needed a courtesy car sorted however someones mis communication led to total confusion and unnecessary stress as the hire car people were instructed to also carry out repairs!!!
Eventually it was ironed out!
The communication falls off a cliff as the days pass.....so your left not knowing what is happening.
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend auto logistic solutions!
Since she drove into my car and wrecked 2 doors my driver's seat is creaking....I reported it but nothing was done!!
Not all damage is visible btw....so now I'm stuck with it.....cheers als I hope you got paid well out of my claim!

From the moment I reported my accident to this company, I felt as if arms had reached out to hug me and to tell me they would take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. This company and the service they offer is PHENOMENAL! I was so completely looked after, I knew who I would be speaking to, I knew what would happen and when, everything was arranged for me and all I had to do was give them some information and sign a few forms. A replacement car was delivered to me the next day, they arranged for my damaged vehicle to be taken away, and every time I phoned, the staff were always so extremely helpful and friendly. I knew I was in competent hands and to have such a service take care of me at what could be a very stressful time was invaluable. I cannot recommend this company and its staff highly enough.

I was throughly impressed with the customer service I recieved from all areas of the business. I've heard horror stories about other companies from friends and family and dreaded the propect.

They were efficient, empathetic, and went above and beyond. Getting a result when a scrupulous driver said they were not involved.

I was involved in a car accident-not my fault- took my car to Scott Gibson Bodyshop who contacted Auto Logistics and from there on in the process and service was first class.
Autologistics were constantly in touch with updates on dates for repair and replacement car. My car has now been fully repaired and returned.
All in all 1st Class service from both Autologistics and Scott Gibson Bodyshop

..I had a bump with my car which was not my fault . Customer service from Auto Logistics was brilliant, they kept me informed of everything, all I had to do was pass on my ID... hire car was arranged for me while my car was being fixed.. would definitely use them again .
