Long wait times
Extremely long shipping times with little to no communication regarding order.
Very disappointing. If the product ever arrives will update on the quality of items

We’re sorry for the long wait and the lack of updates. Our team was working normally, but our freight forwarder suspended operations during public holidays. Your parcel remained at their warehouse, delaying onward transport by approximately one week. We couldn’t move it forward until their service resumed, but we should have explained this sooner and kept you informed. Thank you for highlighting this—we’ll improve our shipping coordination and communication. Your parcel is now at the local delivery depot, and we currently expect delivery within the next week.

Overpriced junk
No matter how far I pull back on sling, the projectile always hits the frame and ricochet up or back toward me. A few times it has hit me. I tried everything, different angles, more and less tension. Nothing makes a difference. I have a better luck with a $15 slingshot. What a waste of money. According to website its based out of California. Product was shipped from China. Don't waste your time with this junk.

We’re sorry to hear that the projectiles struck the frame and rebounded toward you. We take this seriously and want to help resolve it.
Were you using the mechanical release aid? It must connect only to the designated D-ring—not to the leather pull tab or a cord with a ball knot. We would like to check your setup before drawing any conclusions. Please pause use and email creator@autofling.com with your order number and photos of the unloaded setup.
Our pricing reflects CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium, two rounds of quality inspection, replacement-parts availability and direct after-sales support. We understand, however, that those things don’t make up for a frustrating experience.
To clarify, our products are manufactured and shipped from China, and we hold a U.S. invention patent covering the product’s design. We also have a physical retail dealer in California; that is not our manufacturing or shipping location.
We’re ready to work through this with you and help find a solution.

Thank you for the five-star review and for pointing this out!
Please choose **9mm carbon steel balls** for your AutoFling. Chrome-plated carbon steel balls are also suitable, and a smooth coating can help them feed more smoothly. Make sure the material underneath the coating is carbon steel.
Please avoid stainless steel balls. Our feeding system relies on magnetic attraction, and stainless steel balls may not provide the magnetic response it needs. Carbon steel is the material we specify.
We did mention this on our website, but you’re right—it wasn’t clear enough. We’ve now updated the information to make the requirements clearer. Thank you for helping us improve!
If the balls you purchased are already 9mm carbon steel and still jam, please send the Amazon listing to creator@autofling.com so we can check the specifications and help.

Buy Only From This Site
A truly beautiful product backed by a strong customer support.
This is the original inventor and patent holder of the design for this product so everything else sold outside of it is probably fake or is a scam.
Let us back and buy only from legit sellers such as these.
