Do no use as a woman on your own! I got charged for 2 hours labour (£108 no parts needed, a hinge realignment ) for a job I later found out would have taken 15 minutes. To top it off, the problem stil... Zobacz więcej

We provide a large variety of services for you and your vehicle, and pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of repair and servicing at an affordable cost to you, the customer. All of our technicians are fully qualified in their respective fields with between 8 and 45 years experience. We have a wide range of modern, professional equipment, and all of our staff members regularly attend training courses to keep their knowledge and experience up to date. Ford Focus Estate.

My Ford Focus ST Estate went in for remedial work that had been highlighted during an intermediate service. Throughout the process I was kept informed of progress and cost of all works being carried out in an extremely professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Autocare for the workmanship and care they show toward the vehicles. I would also like to thank the Service Manager and Mechanic that worked on the car for me. Everything completed on time and to a very high standard.

EXCELLENT service from start to finish.
A big thank you to the very friendly and professional Canterbury AutoCare team.
Philip at Canterbury AutoCare promptly gave me a honest quote to repair a dent in the rear wing of my model 3 Tesla. The communication throughout was first class and as a result, I felt reassured that my car was left in a safe pair of hands.
The repair work was scheduled at a convenient time, was completed within the agreed 3-day timeline, and to a very high standard.
Philip went out of his way to achieve a perfect match for the pearl white colour of my 2019 Tesla model 3.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your body repair services to family and friends!

Bought my Toyota Yaris from Autocare…

Bought my Toyota Yaris from Autocare Canterbury. The staff were very happy for me to sit in the car, take it for a test drive and discuss the cars history. When I said that I liked the car, there was no pressure to purchase then and there, I was advised to go home and think about it and they would hold the car until Monday, (I was there on the Saturday) Needless to say, my heart was set on the car, and a phone call to Autocare a couple of hours later sealed the deal and they held the car until we went back to pay for the car. They then made sure the car was cleaned, and ready for collection a couple of days later. The car is perfect for me, I love driving it and it has been so reliable. The staff at Autocare are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to accommodate your needs as far as possible. I now use them for both of my cars MOT'S as I trust them complicity.

Excellent service

Been using Autocare for the past few years and have always been satisfied with the standard of work and pricing. Recently when my Honda CRV started making noises they identified the issue as a dry ball joint. They removed it and replaced it with a new joint. Then they noticed that they had fitted a new one only 1 year ago so they did not charge me for the work. I was absolutely chuffed! I know there are a lot of garages that would not have done this.

Friendly, efficient, helpful

I went in today for a small repair to my rear bumper. They were friendly and helpful on the phone when I called ahead, took the car in straight away and the service was quick and friendly when I got there. They were able to repair it perfectly very quickly and at a reasonable price. It was only a small repair, but I was very impressed with their customer service and efficient

Brilliant service

Phil from Autocare was brilliant. He looked at body damage within half an hour of my call and was immensely helpful in providing a solution. He could not have been kinder or more professional and I am indebted to him and to the Autocare team. They also did my MOT at short notice. Thank you!

Poor customer service

I booked my car in for wheel alignment by phone with young member of staff around a week prior to my 3pm booking, on the day I left my keys and my details with reception at 14.45, within half hour I was contacted and told I had made a mistake and my car was not booked in that day. I politely confirmed the mistake was not mine and their staff members, which they acknowledged and apologised for. I was informed my wheel alignment would be completed still that day. I was called two hours later at 16.55pm and told they could not undo the pinch bolt & so I would need to leave my car with them or re-book. I re-booked for two weeks later on the advice of their senior technician who advised me that he was on leave and he would need to oversee the less experienced technician or complete the task himself and I was offered a reassurance that he would personally order in all necessary parts to complete the work in case they were required. I returned 2 weeks later again, leaving my car again at 9am this time, my booking was 11am. I heard nothing from Autocare all day & returned to collect my car at 4.55pm to be advised my wheel alignment had not been completed again, they had been unable to release the track rods both sides. I was told that they had been about to call me, but they were still seeking prices for all the parts that would be needed. I was told I would need to re-book and the job would be bigger with parts track rod ends/ drum sticks and labour, which they would call to provide me with an estimate. I requested this be by email and left my email details....nearly two weeks later I have to date received no call or email. I have now used another garage who were able to complete the works and did not need to replace any parts in the process. I am very disappointed with this Autocare and I will not be returning.

Good garage to know We have used Autocare for multiple…

We have used Autocare for multiple different cars over the last 10 years.
Always very friendly and helpful especially in emergencies ( MOT had run out). Discuss work needed before going ahead. Good communication. Competitive pricing. Never had a problem with any work they have done

Helpful, prompt and efficient service - good value for money

We broke down and need a garage to take a look reasonably quickly. We have used Autocare quite a few times in the past and they were very helpful and promised to take a look within a couple of working days which was quicker than most. In the end they had it repaired (after having to order a part in) within 3 days. Excellent service and always friendly, helpful and give detailed explanations.

me and my wife have used these guys for…

me and my wife have used these guys for a long time now. We have found them to be honest and fairly priced. They have gone above and beyond at times and really helped us. I would have no problem recommending them. Thanks Autocare.

Great service

Easy to book an MOT plus I mentioned a couple of problems. Filled in the usual form when I arrived and ticked the box to say I’m happy to pay for the extra work. Got a phone call in the afternoon telling me the work needed and the cost. When I picked up my car the staff member explained that it was policy to make sure
the customer was happy with the cost before they did the work. Appreciated the call. Staff greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. All work explained and checked that I was happy. So rare to get such good service these days.

Help needed and help given!

The temperature gauge light on my car went red so I carried on through to Autocare, in the hope that they could help. They were fully booked for nearly 2 weeks, but they took pity on me and looked at the car. I couldn't drive it safely (coolant all over the engine), so they fitted me in. Took a couple of days, but I did jump the queue! Excellent service.
