My order was processed very quickly. However the couriers were very slow to deliver part of my order. Autel customer service tracked down the missing part and for compensation they refunded the delivery charges to my account. Overall ended in positive outcome. Would order from them again.

Very good and robust machine. I failed to work after a few month and I contacted autelstore in uk and was told they were different with autelsale in UK. I contacted autel sale and gave them details and they were very helpful to give me tips to put the machine back to work. The support was amazing. After sending email they contacted me on whatsapp to provide me the support and my machine is working again. Very good service

Ordered an update for maxysis from Autelsale.co.uk
I had problems downloading update, contacted them via email they discovered a spelling error, once corrected updated no problem.
I will definitely be using them again next year great price and very professional.

I bought a MaxiAp 200 bluetooth dongle as a low cost way of diagnosing a fault on the family car. Initially the dongle itself worked fine but the (Android) phone app could not connect to the relevant vehicle file. Given the low price of the product I was honestly not expecting much tech support. However, within a day of e-mailing the issue to the Autel central support team I was sent a link to a solution which worked straight away and I was able to resolve the problem with the car. I was impressed!
