I EDITED: they refunded me the amount of money I’ve spent for the 6 jars.
I still can’t give more than 3 stars because I lost a lot money anyways and I’ve been waiting weeks for a reply.

Iordered 6 jars of this jam because the product photo clearly showed the filtered (“fein passiert”) version, which is the only one I can eat. Instead, I received the regular, unfiltered version.
The worst part was the customer service. After asking for help and providing everything they requested (photos, barcodes, etc.), they simply stopped replying. I paid a lot of money for six jars that are completely useless to me, and they abandoned the issue without offering any solution or refund.
I would strongly advise against shopping on this website. Don’t order this product unless you’re willing to risk receiving a different version from the one advertised and being ignored by customer service if something goes wrong.

Ok, lets start from the beginning!
Before Christmas I ordered some items from Austrian Supermarket. When they arrived some of the items were damaged...inside the box (Everything was simply thrown into the box at random.) The box was not damaged from outside. After 6 emails back and forth the company just didn't reply anymore!
I am from Austria and I have to say: this is a disgrace !!!

Basically this is a good quality supermarket, as long as no problem occurs. I have been buying many things from them for a long time. Latest time however they made a mistake: they sent me a different product, not the one I ordered. When I complained they asked me to send a photo of the wrongly sent product, what I did. Then for a long time nothing has happened. Then I enquired about the issue, and the answer was: they actually forgot about my complaint, so asked me again to send a photo of the wrongly sent product. Of course I did not keep the product as I did not need it, so I could not make another photo, and I informed them about this. So far it has been more than a month since the wrong shipment arrived, and I sent many letters asking for the promised refund or for sending the right product, but the customer service has not answered up to now, and has not refund the price either. I believe this is an unacceptable behaviour. They should correct the problem they created. The customer service's task is exactly this: solving the problems made by the company, and serve the legitimate interest of the customers. Probaly I will not buy anything from this supermarket from now on. Magdolna

I ordered over $100 worth of speciality chocolate after several emails enquiring about the reliability of sending such items to Australia. I was assured all would be OK. When the package arrived it was greasy through the box and all the chocolate was completely melted reformed and ruined on the inside. The company was completely unapologetic and refused to give a full refund. I could not believe it, service like this has never happened to me in Australia. It is winter in Australia so I suspect the damage had already been done prior to postage in Austria. Eventually they gave a 50% refund after many emails but I should have just got the whole thing back from my bank after a dispute. I cannot believe they did not think they were responsible, I bought a product and never received the product in appropriate condition. It was all thrown out. Steer clear of this mean company. The whole experience made me sad, the chocolate was to be enjoyed after the birth of our child.

Bisher war ich lange schon Kunde dieses Händlers und auch weitestgehend zufrieden. In der vorletzten Lieferung waren Pralinen überlagert, innen angelaufen und ausgetrocknet. Man bedauerte dies und ersetze mir den Preis. Nun bestellte ich wieder Etliches zu Weihnachten zum verschenken. Es wurde Nougat gewünscht. Auf zwei Packungen einer Art war das MDH 20.12.2024. Auf meine schr. Beschwerde wurde mir der Sinn des MDH erklärt. Danke, das kenne ich, da ich oft Lebensmittel rette und habe gar kein Problen damit. Dann ist der Preis auch entsprechend!!! Hier hätte ich vorher darauf hingewiesen werden müssen, das stand nirgendwo. Einen vollen Preis für Lebensmittel kurz vor dem MDH, nein, so nicht! Wie ich las bin ich nicht die Erste, die sich darüber beschwert. Ich habe den Ersatz beider Produkte oder die Erstattung des Kaufpreises gefordert. So nicht!!! Ich kann das auch gerne der Verbraucherzentrale mitteilen.

Zwei Packungen Pralinen bis 2024 haltbar sind schon grau, geschmolzen und nicht essbar.
