Online training Recenzje

RSA advertised as $17, I emailed about this and got no response, they then charged me $50 before I had even completed the course although it was advertised as 'pay only when you pass". Received two emails telling me I passed and they would be in contact about how to find my certificate but they never contacted me and will not answer the phone. Wasted $50 and several hours of my time. Despicable results, would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent, I would highly recommend this company to everyone, no pressure

Excellent support and response with questions easy online course to follow

Cheers

Website is rediculous from enrolling to giving enrolment details after completing course? Trainer was great, a credit to your organization, website will be your downfall

Practical class was great, however there were a few hiccups during the online class.

Fantastic course - straight forward an easy to copmplete

It was the best First Aid I have completed so far !

Signed up for the online white card. Got to the end AND WAS THEN presented with the ‘read the script and take a picture with all the hi-vis apparel’. They pre-deducted the cost before even getting the certification... Dodgy as!!! After disputing the transaction Westpac bank refunded my money - enough said!!! DO NOT USE AQT FOR ANY TRAINING WHATSOEVER!!! PS Would give minus zero stars if i could!!! 🤣

RSA course was advertised as $19 but it charged me $50. I wrote an email asking why this happened and made a complaint. Never got a response.
So there's false advertising, making me pay over double the price and lack of customer service. I knew a partial refund was unlikely but even an apology would have been nice.
I do not recommend this company and will never use them again.

It’s very good website and very easy to follows.

Great to deal with, they make the process educatuonal and enjoyable while keeping it easy to follow

Very easy very quick

A couple of typing errors in questions (eg Your in a kitchen instead of "You're in a kitchen)

Never received white card, even though passed.Waste of time and money

If i could give you 0 stars i would! My white card was sent to me without a photo - meaning i have been declined entry onto worksites, as anyone can use your card and pretend they are you! I enquired about this with AQT, but was advised by them that white cards don't have photos on them - which is a load of crap. I then emailed them a photo of a colleague's white card with thier photo clearly visible, and asked for a refund as i have just wasted about $80. I never received a response. I am furious and have advised everyone i know to not be scammed by this pathetic company. I have now had to pay for my white card again by a reputable company and not these money hungry scam artists. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This is the best first aid course I have ever attended. The trainer was focused, engaging and entertaining. She provided some great tips to help remember vital information that I had not come across in previous training courses. I would definitely recommend and I will continue to use them again for refresher courses.

In filling in the form I found it rather over the top. It seemed to repeat itself thus creating some uncertainly as to whether I should have been filling some areas. The actual questions were very good.

Thank you.
I can only say positive things.
Highly recommended!

can not complete enrolment as the link wont load. I have already paid the $56.60 for the white card course and it will not allow me to complete the steps required

You guys wont give me my RSA certificate even after you have taken my money!
