Grants Assist Recenzje

Grants Assist demonstrated exceptional expertise throughout our grant journey. Their structured approach and clear guidance helped us secure funding faster than expected.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a beautiful lady that guided me through the process and continued to check in to see if I understand. After my payment went through I unfortunately had to cancel due to some unexpected financial circumstances. I contacted them immediately by email and the next day I received a message to assist. They were all very helpful

I usually feel uncertain about formal writing and applications. They not only helped craft the proposal but also gave me the confidence that it was strong. The approval I received was a confirmation of their reliability.

What i appreciated most was how personalized the service felt. They didn't offer a one-size fits-all solution.Instead they took the time to understand my business and goals. The strategy they provided was spot-on and my application was successful, and I'll definitely return for future support when applying for new grants.

Absolute scam stay well clear. Nothing to do with my business is reliant

Their grant experts took the complexity out of the process. We received funding on our first submission and felt supported the entire way

Biggest load of rubbish on the market.
nothing on there that cant be searched your self.

save your money.

The staff was incredibly responsive and walked us through every stage. Their advise on managing awarded funds saved us both time and confusion.

Still no support whatsoever
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM

I lead a community-led initiative and needed funding to expand our outreach. They helped me secure a grant that would allow us increase our impact. I'm grateful for their thoughtful and thorough assistance throughout the process.

The company has been very diligent and constructive in delivering qualitative services and very ready to give prompt attention.

Looking back, I'm so glad I didn't submit my original draft without their help. They pointed out issues I hadn't even considered, corrected them, and ensured the application met all eligibility and compliance requirements.

I was promised assistance with getting guided help applying for government grants but as soon as I paid the fee the sales rep disappeared and the platform just gave me a very broad list of grants to research my own and was not helpful at all.

DO NOT JOIN THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED

Be very careful! They will promise you "there are many grants available". Once you pay the $600.... I received leeds for "tradie assist", "mental health", "aboriginal and Torres straight islanders", "tax relief". I wanted help with starting a website/app. They will send you many grants that are totally irrelevant to you and totally off the subject. There is nothing available for me as was promised. AND they insist on you taking a 3 year term to access future irrelevant grants! A total waste of money!!!

I phoned to enquire if I would be eligible and was told I would be for several grants, all the grants do not apply to my business, I requested a refund and was told that was not possible. Do not pay the money upfront and trust what they say, not sure how the lady who took my money could do that for a new business owner and looking for assistance!! It is a scam

Once I had purchased a 3-year subscription, I was unable to speak to anyone about what was promised, which was assistance along the way, choosing and writing a grant.

I was told by the consultant that there would be hundreds of grants available, and they would help me in applying for these grants, This was not the case. I was not suitable for any grant available.

When you phone this business from a no number, the phone call does not go through, it sais the service is unavailable. When you call from your own phone number it just has you going around in circles on a voice message.

I was led to believe in the first phone call that there were were so many options and opportunities.

I am speechless at the dishonesty and lack of customer service.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE , IT IS A SCAM

Hey, after being contacted by a representative of the company, and after a few short questions on eligibility, I was told that I’d ’definitely’ qualify for up to several grants. They then asked for my credit card details… at which I said that all I need from my end is a tax invoice and I’ll process payment. I was told that ‘this is not the way we operate, as we have had people waste our time’ we give an invoice on receipt… my answer was, I am not giving you credit card details over the phone without an invoice… call ended a short time later. And now that I’ve seen THE ABOVE reviews, glad my gut instinct was correct! Please be careful about handing over your details! I think I dodged a bullet on this one
If everything is all good, then supply an invoice with services stipulated prior to charge…

Once I had paid for a 3 year subscription it was impossible to talk to anyone about what was promised, which was assistance along the way, choosing and writing a grant.

I was told that there would be hundreds of grants available, and if I was having trouble finding and writing grants, that i would be mentored along the way.

This was not the case. After many emails, finally someone sent me some links to grants, most of which were entirely inappropriate.

I was led to believe in the first phone call that there were were so many options and opportunities.

I am speechless at the dishonesty and lack of customer service.

I would have appreciated a phone call after reaching out so many times.

I appreciated how upront theywere about their pricing structure. There were no surprises and they worked within my budget to ensure I got quality service. I was initially worried about the expense but they assisted me from the start till I eventually received funding. Every penny I spent was indeed worth it.

Scam scam scam!!!

Misleading information, the only tools you get is access to a portal, once on the portal it’s all FREE information that’s available on Gov websites. They offer no assistance, wrong information, once payment is made they stop taking your phone calls.
I called off my husbands phone and they called him back to sign him up, same spiel. But no call back for my missed call and no answer.
Requesting refund. Requesting recording of phone calls to prove misleading information - denied. Won’t call. Only email.
Reading other reviews almost seems like could be ACA worthy!
I’m a small cleaning business, trying to seek help to grow, they’ve taken $430.

Update: after consistent contact they ended up refunding me 👏
