After many years with my previous employer, I was looking to make a move to an employer who shared my values and an employer I could build a long term working relationship with.

Scott spent a lot of time with me, discussing my exacts needs, the things I valued most from an employer, my previous experience and my aspirations for the future.

I first worried that it would be difficult to find an exact match, but not long after we had established exactly what I was after, Scott came up with some suggestions that he presented me with. One was of particular interest and an interview was arranged. This role was perfect and they offered me the job.

I am ever so grateful for Scott's time understanding my situation, narrowing down the firms that would suit both me and them, which in turn meant I didn't waste time going to pointless interviews.
