Excellent service
Decided to treat my parter to some white gold diamond stud earrings, I found this company on the internet under the diamond factory and fortunately they had branch in Norwich.
This was my first experience dealing with this jewellers all I can say is we was recieved in a friendly and professional manner by Aida, she spent the time to make sure we recieve the perfect product, we was on a time schedule to recieve the earrings and Aida went above and beyond to make sure we recieved our diamonds within a comfortable time frame.
I cannot recommend this jewellers enough, before going elsewhere take the time to pop into these guys, you will not regret it, 11/10.

Excellent Company To Deal With
Excellent company to deal with, I wanted to choose a ring for our 30th wedding anniversary, having done my research online first I made an appointment to visit the store to order in person. Excellent service and they are very happy to spend time and go through options with you, kept me very informed with emails about the order and delivery time, I dealt with Abbie from the Norwich store who was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lab grown engagement ring
Came in for an engagement ring, I had a style in mind from another store but wanted lab grown. The staff were very patient and took me through the process and helped me select the perfect ring. Fast and efficient service and delivery. They didn't try to aggressively up sell to more expensive options as had been my experience in other places. Would highly recommend to anyone

Pearl Studded Earrings.
I came in and asked for some pearl stud earrings. Abbie was a massive help and helped me find the perfect birthday earrings - she was knowledgable, funny and extremely helpful.
I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have future dealings with Abbie.
PS - Aida made me a 10/10 coffee and gave me not 1, but 2 biscuits!

Excellent service from start to finish purchased on line with excellent help and advice from Dan based in Norwich branch.
Purchased a gorgeous rose gold pear shaped ring with Dan sending lots pictures and information so happy as it’s a special piece of jewellery for me.
