Professional service from start to finish
The service we received from Sharon at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store was excellent. She was professional, explained everything clearly, and helped us find my engagement ring - which I love! We didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a big purchase. Thank you, we'll definitely return.

Had a really great experience today…
Had a really great experience today where my fiancé and I were looking at wedding rings. Bailey was knowledge, non pressuring and made us both feel really relaxed. The rest of the team were super helpful also! Would definitely go back and recommend

Such a special experience
The whole experience at Austen and Blake, Bristol was extraordinary. The entire team is friendly, professional and thorough. Mainly dealt with Tamara to order the ring and during collection and she was amazing. She thoroughly talked me through everything and was extremely patient during the ordering process. I needed the ring within a certain time and she pulled out the stops to make that happen. I was constantly kept updated during the whole process by the whole team. Couldn’t have asked for better service. The whole process was so easy and I am grateful for how special they made this occasion. Would definitely recommend using this branch.

Amazing experience!
Today I had my engagement ring appointment with Tamara and it was honestly the best experience I have had whilst searching for an engagement ring. She was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. She really took the time to go through all of the options and explain throughly about each choice. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all and she was very accommodating (even if I did probably end up trying on half of the rings in the shop!). We were a little late to our appointment but the whole team were very kind especially as I bought my friend and little one with me. The whole experience was absolutely perfect and I certainly found THE ring! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to wear it hopefully in the near future!

Engagement ring appointment
I had an appointment last Saturday to hopefully find the perfect engagement ring and I think I can now say I have been educated in diamonds and rings, but more importantly found the one.
From the start Arwen introduced herself and made me feel comfortable, it was nice to see someone very passionate and knowledgeable about all the things I had no idea about and when I had any questions Arwen answered them.
I definitely appreciated the time taken to go through the specifics of the diamonds available and then searching for the perfect one!
When I explained the timescale of my plan Arwen went out of her way to explain that I didn't have to pick up the ring straight away to ensure that I had 30 days to make any alterations or to swap it for another.
Now I just have to wait for the finished article and I cant wait to see it.

Arwen dealt with our order
Arwen dealt with our order. She is knowledgeable and warm. The whole experience of selecting our diamond and the style was affirmed as well as enlightening. She was genuine and made the whole process enjoyable. She phoned ahead of schedule to let us know that our rings had arrived. We had selected an engagement ring and wedding ring to fit in a v formation.
Amanda dealt with the handover. She was equally knowledgeable and shared with us a 360 video of our diamond. Sharon came over to view and congratulated us on choosing something unique.
