Purchased 2 Hisense TV remote controls. Neither work, no response to multiple emails.

I ordered 2 CR2412 batteries from them on the 26 of Feb 2026, haven't received anything till now. They replied to my email after one month said it showed 'arrival' with tracking, and they claim it might be misdelivered and will confirm my address for further arrangement, ever since that, I haven't heard from them anymore. Now it almost September 2026, it's unbelievable for this to happen for such a business order. I'd say they are basically scammers, please avoid!!!

I would give zero stars if possible.
2 months post purchase and still no delivery. They have now stopped replying to my emails and are refusing to refund my money.
AUSBATTERIES IS A SCAM

I purchased a replacement battery for my Dyson that stopped working 48hrs later. Nil response via email and no number to ring them on. If I could rate them at no stars I would. Not happy !

Ordered batteries in May 2026, received the wrong product a few days later and I contacted them the same day and sent photos of the incorrect product being delivered. No reply. Have sent multiple emails to both email addresses listed on the website as well and using the Online contact form to rectify the issue or be issues a refund. No response. I do not recommend ordering from Aussiebattery.com!

I ordered a battery for my Dyson vacuum with two filters. The battery came the filters never did. I sent several emails to Aussie batteries with no response. Do not order anything from this company online as they will not reply or resolve your issues.

Ordered a battery charger months ago.
Haven't seen it or heard from them.

This company is a sham. Batteries are inferior, they do not keep charge and they will not answer emails.

I purchase a Dyson Battery from this mob in Jan 2026. It failed after a few months and my attempts to contact them many times regarding a replacement have been stone walled. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I have received the same poor experience as many other customer. I purchased a Dyson V6 battery in October 2025 and by May 2026 it has failed. I tried to contact the company several times for warranty replacement or refund and they do not respond. aussiebattery.com should be shutdown. DO NOT BUY FROM AUSSIEBATTERY.COM

The Dyson V8 battery I bought stopped working after less than 10 uses. Have tried to contact them several times with NO RESPONSE.

You really would need your head read to use this company.
The trust pilot rating should be enough.
The products are incredibly inferior, there is no customer service and no ability to refund due to the fact they refuse to communicate after purchase.

A truly bad shopping experience

I placed an order and paid for two different types of battery I received confirmation for both types but when delivered only received one of the two. No ammount of e mails have been able to elicit a response.

Agree with everyone else here. Ordered a Dyson battery which stopped working within a few months. Requested a refund, which they agreed to, then sent a refund confirmation. It wasn’t until I checked back months later that no refund every came through, they said it was a processing error but now they are going around in circles not refunding me so I am convinced they’re just lying. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them, their products are rubbish, their customer service equally so. I wish I’d looked here before buying.

I purchased one Hisense remote. It worked fine with our TV. The delivery date was 2 days, but we received it 5-6 days later. When I emailed the customer service, they responded quickly. We were notified it may take 7-10 days without tracking information. This item was of good quality. I am pleased with my items and the service I received.

Google search links take you to the wrong batteries it turns out on their site. Since then, have been trying to contact this company to exchange a battery I bought in error and they have said a week ago they will arrange an exchange but nothing!

Do not buy from this company, they are a scam provider. Faulty Dyson 8 battery after a few weeks. Reported they would resend another battery under warranty, but then no further emails and no battery.
Very disappointed and a waste money!!
