This company is a complete scam. The products they are selling are polyester and not natural fabrics, nor closely aligned to the quality/heaviness or colours of photos online. I only wish I’d checked reviews before I brought them. The refund experience is not pleasant and they claim they can only partially refund, or you can accept a different product (as if you’d trust that outcome). Message your bank immediately and see if they can reverse the payment.

Thought I had ordered a quality jacket from a Queenstown company, but no this is from a Temu type company from Hong Kong, and the jacket is rubbish. The sizing is dreadful, far too big, and the polyester/spandex fabric won't stay nice for very long. Don't go near this company, I'm going to donate this horrible jacket to a charity, can't bear to open my wardrobe and look at the thing, doesn't fit anyway. Don't fall for the flashy website, it's a scam.

No stars really had to choose one to proceed. Do not deal with this company. Shoddy goods. Tried to return jacket these were my options
1.Return to China $64 postage
2. 10 percent. Refund
3. Choose alternative item and pay postage (as if I would order anything else)

Was concerned after reading negative reviews, but my jacket I ordered arrived 2 weeks later . Relief , price $126.
It was exactly the one I ordered and size was perfect and appears to be made well .

I can’t believe this company is getting away with their false advertising and cheap Chinese products!!! We got an order and straight away noticed the cheap acrylic materials and awful chemical smell. When we asked for a refund and to send back at their cost they refused. We even found some of their clothes on Temu! An absolute waste of money, they have been reported to every single monitoring body we can think of. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Thought I was buying NZ Made - items are drop shipped from China.
They say happy to refund but only 15% or send back to China at my expense.
product quality is terrible & unusable.

Ordered the Puffer style, fully lined Jacket, thinking it was from NZ. Heart sank when I received shipping notice, it was coming from China. What I received was a TEMU type Jacket. Nothing like the picture. A weeks worth of emails to and from until I realised this is a scam. They offered to give me a 50% refund, and I get to keep this piece of garbage. We will see.

Not a new zealand company at all - cheap Chinese goods. Coats were tacky, wrong colour, smelt like chemicals, poorly made and very very cheap material, and would not have fitted anyone on this earth unless they had no arms and shoulders like a weightlifter. No idea where their patterns came from - not using a human model!! Then it cost $70 to send the crappy coats back to China. What a joke.

Absolutely false advertising. Marketed as a heavyweight 1.2kg tweed jacket yet what I recived was a 100% polyester 700gram jacket. Doubt I'll get my money back. This site needs to be shut down as everything ships from China yet they market themselves as being in NZ.

I received my Judith coat from Aurora Classics faulse advertising coat was meant to be a wool blend from NZ l received a 100%polyester coat from CHINA. And to return it has to go back to CHINA. The jacket is very poor quality and looks nothing like the photo.

Scam site. Ordered a tweed coat and got a thin polyester coat from China not New Zealand. Terrible quality and not at all like the pictures.
Now they’re not replying to my email asking for a refund.

I ordered a wool blend coat and received a polyester item that is so cheap it squeaks.

Their website is very convincing but they are not based in New Zealand.
I'm trying to negotiate a refund but they are resisting despite their returns policy clearly stating I'm entitled to one and that they should cover shipping if they want the plastic coat back

I ordered a jacket that claimed to be wool, lined, 1.3kg heavyweight. It was none of these things. Very cheap material, unlined. Not remotely similar to what was described and pictured and so cheap looking it was unwearable. When I complained to them they only offered a 10% refund or for me to pay the return freight. I pushed back and then they offered a 30% refund. Absolute scam.

Absolutely gutted I didn’t read reviews prior to purchase. $89 plus shipping for a supposedly wool blend jumper. Shocked when it arrived to see it’s 100% polyester and looks like a $15 temu item. Have been offered a second item for free as long as I pay a $30 shipping fee!! Seriously do not buy ANYTHING from Aurora Classics. It’s a total scam

Yes its a scam site. However there is hope. I have been given a lifeline and promised a refund from BNZ. You must show clearly that the item is not what is described in their website. And get onto it. The Auroraclassics say they abide by NZ Consumers Guarantees Act and they fight so hard to not give a full refund. They are pretty slick and make it very difficult to get anything. Will never buy from some online buyers again - thats how difficult it is.

Cheap quality shoes that were nothing like they were advertised to be. Very complicated returns policy so I took up their partial refund offer and put the shoes into an opportunity shop bin. Avoid this company.

Terrible to get replacement products, let alone a refund. Shocking quality of product, shoes fell apart after only 3 hours tops of wearing. Appalling, DO NOT PURCHASE from this business. It is set up to look like its a NZ company based in Queenstown- it most definitely is not!!! Products arrived after about 3 weeks and multiple email exchanges, they were in plastic ziplock type bags and came direct from China. If I could give this company a zero star rating I would!!!

Company is selling nz wool knit product what you receive is crap Temu 95% polyester and 5% spandex, totally false advertising and trying to return is so hard you have to pay for it to be sent back to china warehouse at your cost to

Bogus website. Not based in Queenstown, products are not as advertised. Goods received are low quality temu grade. Jackets and jumpers falsely advertised as wool when in fact they are polyester. I can't imagine i'll get my money refunded.....so gutted, ive been well and truly scammed. Don't go near it.
