Ordered and paid for projector. No confirmation from aurora-projector.com. Money has been taken from my bank but no item has arrived. No order/tracking number received. Have e-mailed company several times but they don’t respond.

It is a good product, but not as illustrated on Facebook.

It was a fantastic Birthday gift! Easy to learn controls and am very happy after the third night.

I have not used it im giving it as a wedding gift im sure they will like it

The projector only halfway works. The relaxing sounds lasted for three days when I put them on, then stopped. Also the stars don’t last for four hours like the description says. Disappointed.

I bought two projectors from this company. Their literature claims it to be integrated with Alexa, but it is not completely. You cannot turn it on and off using Alexa, which is a showstopper for me. They should be more clear in their advertising. I decided to return both of them packaged like new in the original packaging one of which was never even opened. I had to ship back to the UK at my expense and then I had to chase them for weeks to get a refund. They never gave me a refund until I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They finally were forced to credit my return. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

Good value and versatile

It arrived quickly and the projector quality is excellent. They will make excellent Christmas gifts.

They are lying about the risk free trial. Ordered the Atlas projector. It is a piece of crap. Told them I dont want it and I'd like my money back. They said I have mail it to England at my expense, then if they decide they can resell it, they will refund me. Clearly it is not cheap to mail a package to England. Nothing about this is "risk free." Horrible, lying company. Do not buy from them.

This is such a cool machine, I love having it on and seeing all the details in everything. Very nice experience and very relaxing.

I love the stars and the northern light experience. I am still figuring everything out. I was hoping it would fill the room a little more and would make more natural changes but I'm getting used to it.

It’s great, my grandson was here when it arrived, had to try it right away, couldn’t see it that good in middle of the day but he loved it, says it’s his. He has a birthday coming up in a few weeks.

Quick and easy purchase as well as delivery and l love it, its magical.

Quick easy Love the process and the product

We have bought 6 of these. We have seen the real aurora a few times and this reminds of those nights. Having it in our bedroom is not only relaxing but reminds us of seeing it on those nights. The reason we have bought 6 is that we given 4 as presents. We enjoy sharing the Aurora with others.,
