This is a scam. I purchased a pair of Pajamas for a gift at Christmas. They stole my card information and have been charging my credit card 29.99 a month since December.

BUYER BEWARE - MAJOR HIDDEN FEES!!! CHARGING $29.99 EVERY TWO WEEKS. I ordered 2 pair of Taylor Swift pajamas as Christmas gifts which I didn’t receive until mid January. Do not buy anything from this company

I bought Taylor Swift pajamas for my wife for Christmas on 12/4 and they told me shipping should take 2-3 weeks to arrive. They did not arrive until the middle of January AND they started charging me 29.99 monthly for a VIP membership that I never agreed to. Luckily one charge was caught by the Amex fraud department and they have been blocked. They tried to claim I agreed to this which is untrue. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I ordered Taylor Swift pajamas for Christmas and they arrived too late. The quality of the material was cheap and none of the pictures had eyes, making the pajamas look creepy. If you haven’t ordered from this company yet - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I placed an order (ANB#10675) back in December and was charged $29.99 for the monthly VIP membership without consent. I left a previous review and the fees were reversed in January and I received an email that the VIP membership was cancelled. They have now started charging me $29.99 again in March without notice under a slightly different name - AURELLEVIP.

They are scam artists! Do not purchase anything from this site. They will take forever to send it to you and they will charge you $30us every month after your order. They are also impossible to get a hold of.

SCAM!

This is the biggest scam of all. I too, like many others, ordered the TS pajamas. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and have been charged 4 times! Luckily my bank and credit card company notified me and are involved. I called their customer support number and reps were too busy to take a call and requested I send an email. I have sent the email and waiting for their response.

Thieves.

I purchased the same pajama set for my daughter at Christmas as everyone else. Never received the pajamas and I have been charged 3 times for a membership. When I go to their website to cancel the membership, none of my email addresses are valid and so I can’t even cancel. I’ve gotten my bank involved but it’s a slow process and I continue to have my money stolen from my bank account monthly.

FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT!
I naively placed an order with your company. Item never received, multiple emails with no response and the. 2 more charges. It got so bad that my bank got involved and i had to cancel my credit card.
Now 3 months later and i see another charge on my NEW credit card! How predatory are you?
I will be reporting this to any agency i can.

Update: after i posted this review here they messaged me here to follow up about what happened (never responded to my inquiry emails prior to this post) . As you can see from ALL the other reviews here they do this to everyone and then charge again a month later.
How about you not STEALING from people to begin with so you don’t have to message each person?
Update #2: i have been receiving messages to provide further information or this post will be taken down. Interestingly the company never sent a confirmation email after my purchase so I have no number to share. I do have my bank statement tagging aurelle and bloom as a fraud alert after they cancelled my credit card.
Update #3: After posting this review, 3 months after emailing them about my purchase and cancelling my credit card, they responded back to my Email today, mentioning that they will cancel my VIP account to which I had not consented to begin with. As other reviewers have mentioned here, despite receiving this Email they still keep charging in the following months.

I too was scammed by their IG Ad!

I too was scammed by their Instagram promotion. I purchased Taylor Swift Pajamas that have never arrived. I have tried to contact them about the original order from December 6th, and have not received any communication. Then I was enrolled in their VIP program which was not clear when I made the purchase. Now I have been charged $29.99 three times (twice in one week) and cannot find anyway to cancel this. Why would I want access to promotions and deals when they don't fulfill the orders to begin with?

No stars for this company… same as others ordered 2 sets of Taylor Swift PJs and then was getting charged 29.00 for the month of my order and subsequent months until Amex flagged the charge and blocked the charges. I’ve reached out to the company regarding these charges and will see if they rectify. What a pain ugh 😩.
