I ordered Taylor Swift pajamas for…

I ordered Taylor Swift pajamas for Christmas and they never showed up
I have been paying the membership fee since January. I cancelled 30 days ago and today, yet another “membership fee” was charged to my account.
This company is ripping people off.
I’ve now had to block the account from the monthly fees and will never see the TS jammies that started this nightmare.

I want to edit my review by saying that they have made this right for me.

Not happy !!!!

I along with everyone else ordered the eras pyjamas for Christmas. Received them months later
Had nearly $400 dollars come out of my account since then
I didn't read anything about joining anything
This is so wrong for them to do
I'm trying to sort it out with my bank
I would also like a full refund of money owing !!!
Does anyone actually get their money refunded?

Aurelle & Bloom: Found working phone number!

We are in the same boat. My wife purchased a pair of pajamas last December. Still trying to get membership canceled and refunded. Bank of America did provide me a telephone number for Aurelle & Bloom: 1-878-283-0287. A person actually picked up. She said my membership will be canceled and previous charges refunded. I questioned her about corporate location. She did not know and stated she works for a company contracted by Aurelle & Bloom to provide support services.

FRAUD ALERT (need flashing light emoji)

I ordered the eras tour pajamas for a last minute Christmas present in December. In the same boat as all of the others that have posted on here. I have tried to cancel the VIP membership that I did not see anywhere on the promotional purchase. Conveniently, the cancel membership address (not a working weblink) says my address is not found. The pajamas arrived way late and I would advise everyone not to order from this company. I did not catch the recurring VIP membership charges until May when I flagged it as a fraudulent charge. Somehow they have charged me yet again.

I am in the same boat as everyone else here. Purchased Taylor Swift Pajamas as a Christmas gift in December 2024, Did not get them until January 8th a month later. And now I am being charged for a VIP Membership that I did not sign up for nor did I know that I was signing up for - I keep getting charged $29.99. I have emailed several times asking them to cancel the membership and have not received a response back. I was just charged again today another $29.99.

I also purchased the Taylor Swift pajamas for a Christmas gift in 2024 but did not receive them til late January. I didn’t realize I was paying a $29.99./month fee every month since then. I didn’t realize not authorize this and requested they cancel this so called membership fee immediately in an email on 5/10…never heard from them but just saw another charge for June! Scammed out of over $200

Like everyone else here, I have been charged several months of illegal VIP membership fees, which I just noticed on my bank statement following a purchase on December 5. There was nothing on the original order checkout page, and nothing on the company's FAQ, Terms and Conditions page, or anywhere else on their website. There is nowhere to find or cancel this illegal membership through their site. I have lost over $200 on this scam.
Update: I have already emailed your scammy company with no response. My order number was 11721. You should be able to find it easily.

My husband ordered me Taylor Swift PJs…

My husband ordered me Taylor Swift PJs for Christmas and we only just realised (nearly 6 MONTHS LATER) that he agreed to a VIP package. We have been paying $29.99 USD per month for nothing! We are in Australia, it’s has cost us $388 AUD!

Just trying to surprise me with something and this is what happens? They are cute (not the best quality for Aussie summer) but not to be charged this much for a “membership” on top of the price of the PJs. He’ll never try and surprise me again!

Now we need to try and figure out how to unsubscribe 😭😭😭

Scam website

The purchase took a month and a half to arrive and it was total crap. I tried to contact the company to find out where the order was, which could only be done by filling out a contact form on their website. I contacted them through this method and then noticed that I was charged for VIP club on the same days I had attempted contact. These people are criminals. We should all sue Facebook for advertising for this company.

Absolutely criminal

Absolutely criminal. I purchased a Taylor Swift piano for my girlfriend. Not once did I see ANY text prompting me to join a “VIP” program, especially for one that costs more than the actual product I’m buying. I’ve been getting charged twice a month from December, and that’s really not right. I work full time to support my family, and this company is clearly taking advantage of its customer base by being illusive in their practices. Now their site is down?!?! I’ve reached out to customer service, but nothing yet. Planning on getting my lawyer involved.

UPDATE: After responding with the same same scripted response they send everyone else, (appears to be automated) they are telling me to get in touch with customer service. The thing is, I have been for the past week, and still no response.

I would give zero stars!
Same experience… I have had 7 charges of $29.99 on my credit card without my consent after a purchase made in Dec 2024. Also received the item a month after was supposed to arrive. Never did I sign up for any membership or make any other purchases. This is criminal and I expect a refund!
