Ordered my mushroom Coffee on the 2nd June and it still hasn’t arrived yet and apparently I had express delivery. Well if this is express delivery I HATE to think what the normal delivery is? Customer service is awful I spoke to Isabella. In my first email I mentioned the order number BUT when she replied, she asked for the the order number AGAIN, so I sent it again and asked who the courier was AGAIN when she replied she said she’d speak to them BUT STILL DID’NT tell me who they were? It’s as if she doesn’t read the emails? When I dug deep on Google I found out that it was Evri and apparently they’ve had my other for 2 days. So I don’t care how good the coffee is I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BUYING IT AGAIN FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THAT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS A PROMISE

Very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased three packs of mushroom coffee during a promotional offer that included several complimentary gifts and bonus items. Unfortunately, only the coffee arrived, and none of the advertised promotional items were included.

I contacted customer support hoping for assistance, but the experience was equally frustrating. They were unable to provide a meaningful solution, resolution, or even clear guidance regarding the missing items.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before purchasing from this company. What should have been a straightforward order turned into an unnecessary headache.
