The customer service was outstanding. I was sad that the pomegranate capsules didn't work for me, but the customer support was very gracious & understanding when I contacted them. I highly recommend this company. Integrity is a dwindling characteristic these days, but this company has it in spades.

Fast response on refund request and excellent customer service.

I submitted a question just one week into my initial use of an Auniva product, and Sarah Jane’s response was unbelievably quick (less than 12 hours) and quite informative (the information she provided went above and beyond what I expected). It's difficult to find that level of response in today's business world.

I found this company very hard to contact when you need to. Hey are hesitant to get back to you about canceling your subscription with them. They ignore emails and they don’t have a customer service number.

I bought the product initially to sample it and was not aware at checkout that I had agreed to an ongoing subscription.
When the next order was generated, I contacted Auniva to cancel it before I had received the shipment confirmation emails. I was then told that because the order had entered fulfilment, it could no longer be cancelled and that I would need to receive the parcel, return it myself and pay the return shipping costs.
What concerns me is that this does not appear consistent with how Auniva describes its cancellation process publicly.
In another recent Trustpilot review, an Australian customer said $144.66 had been taken from her account for an order she did not believe she had authorised and that she had not realised she was subscribed to ongoing deliveries. Auniva replied publicly that subscriptions are actively selected at checkout, that customers can “cancel anytime”, and that they “take care of it right away”.
In that same response, Auniva told the customer: “we’ve refunded you your most recent order.”
There was no mention in that public response of the customer having to return the product first or pay return shipping before receiving the refund.
In my case, however, I was told the order could not be cancelled once fulfilment had begun and that I would have to go through the trouble and expense of returning it after delivery.
I think prospective customers should be very careful when purchasing from Auniva, formerly Alevia, and make sure they fully understand whether they are agreeing to recurring deliveries, when future orders will be generated, and what the cancellation and return process actually involves.
My concern is not simply that subscriptions exist. It is that I bought the product to try it, did not realise I had entered an ongoing subscription, and then found that cancelling a subsequent order was much more difficult than the company’s public statements suggest.
I will update this review if Auniva resolves the matter or provides further clarification.

Expedited my request to cancel the current order, refund my account, and cease future recurring orders. I am a T1D and was willing to try the product, but was unsuccessful in controlling my Roller Coaster Glucose Levels. The product probably works wonders for T2D people, but unfortunately T1Ds still suffer.

I think the people at Auniva a re awsome and I was able to return product without any problems. These are the kind of people that are wonderful to deal with in this situation! Thank you Auniva!
