It’s hard for a person with discerning taste and one size larger than ordinary feet to find the styles that satisfy.

The quality was worth the time crafted products take to make. I’m a time of “replace as unit” manufactured neotrash, these are timeless.

The shoesbarrived on time and are of such exceptional quality. They fit me perfectly. I've worn them for a few days now and the tapered waist on them provide me with enough arch support that i no longer need the arch support insoles i've used on my other shoes. Get your shoes from Robert August, you wont regret it!

The shoes are incredibly crafted and fits great right out of the box. They are some of the best fitting shoes I own. There’s a waiting period but trust me it’s worth the wait. I will definitely be order more shoes in the near future.

Great boot, very good quality, excellent example of the Balmoral boot, but it take longer to ship than the listing said, and it did not come with a shoe tree like the listing said. The shoe itself is great however and I am very happy and would consider buying more shoes in the future.

Colour is WAY off expected. In no way matches the photos. Is costing me an extra $225 to get it corrected

Ordered golf shoes. They are absolutely beautiful. However, they are narrower than all my other US 10.5 D golf shoes not from Robert August. Know that when ordering.

Great operation. Could not be happier with the quality of the products. The ability to customize your gear is amazing and really makes your wardrobe come together.

Beautifully made. I had to do some breaking-in and some adjustments with an insole to get it to fit just right, but overall I am extremely happy with it.

Good experience. Shoes took too long in coming.
Was also not told I would pay custom duties. Had to pay to have them delivered.

It's rare to find companies that still treat a customer as if they matter. I have absolutely amazed at the customer service I have received. I purchased one pair of shoes to check out the quality and fit. I have now purchased 4 more in 3 months. Their shoes are extraordinarily well made, gorgeous, and comfortable as they come. I expect to pay more for quality and customer service... RA shoes are a premium product that deserve a premium price and you will receive premium customer service. What else could you ask for?
