The case was broken when it came. The magnet from it imediatelly fell off and it cannot be closed and also charged propertly. Totally waste of money

It's been over a month and I haven't got my item

I purchased a used/second-hand Edifier NeoBuds Pro from AudioSpare because I really like this model’s sound—personally, I even prefer its tuning over the NeoBuds Pro 3. My first pair developed a left-channel imbalance (muffled highs, weaker volume, off-center image). Support arranged a replacement, which initially sounded great. However, after a few days the earbuds performed an unexpected self-reset, and the sound degraded on both sides—duller highs and reduced bass.

For context, I listen to FLAC (lossless) files from an iPhone, often at higher volumes. Under the same conditions, my NeoBuds Pro 3 still sound normal. That led me to believe the issue was likely related to wear/aging in this used unit or something triggered by the reset. I wasn’t looking for a refund—just wanted to share accurate feedback so they could tighten quality control on second-hand inventory.

AudioSpare’s customer service was excellent. After initially missing my first email, they owned the mistake, communicated clearly, and treated my case with respect. They then processed a full refund proactively, which I truly didn’t expect, and even said they would pull the problematic item to prevent others from having the same experience. That level of transparency and responsibility is rare.

While my particular unit had issues, the way AudioSpare handled it earns five stars. They were sincere, fast, and fair throughout—exactly what you hope for when buying from a company that stands behind its products. I’m comfortable shopping with them again and will update this review if I purchase another pair or another product sound related.

Suggestion for used items: consider a longer burn-in/soak test, firmware/profile verification after resets. These small steps could prevent maybe failures like mine.

In short: great service, honest communication, and a customer-first attitude.

I ordered the wrong case (my fault, of course) but politely ask to swap it for the right one and got no answer. While I understand that this was originally a mistake I made, I would have expected at least an explanation or reply and got none. Be careful when you order.

UPDATE: They contacted me, told me that they were on holidays and didn't see my email, apologized and offered a refund, which is obviously a much better response. Thanks, and I appreciate your professionalism.

Recieved my new (used) sony WF1000-XM5 case in less than 2 weeks. Works exactly like the previous one I had so I'm happy with the purchase due to paying 1/3rd less than Sony wanted for a new one!

Bought charging case linkbuds S blue.
Received it a little faster than I expected.
DHL put it in the packaging station but left me no code. So I had to call them and get the code to enter it manually. Other than that all good. Good job Audiospare!

One of the earbuds were not working properly. They sent me another one without charge. The communication was always nice and fluid
