it's a scam, they take your money and they don't send you anything. Their contact emails on the website don't exist, so you can't get in touch with them

First time using this service
First time using this service, thought I'd found a great new site. Brought a soundpack that was "4.6gb and over 340 sounds" only ever received a download link for a promo pack..76 sounds/400mb. I used the chat service that states "immediate reply". After 2 hours they said they'd look into it and get back to me within 24 hours..never heard back! Pack I recieved was decent, shame I never got the full product.
Update!
After contacting the team they have now corrected their mistake. I've knocked off 1 star as I had to send numerous emails to chase them up but they did sort it out!

Quick service
Quick service, no monthly fee. Also appreciate their more nuanced search tools...needed one shots, not samples, and they have that as a search option, along with key and genre. So if you want EDM one shots in C to feed your sampler, easy peasy. Thanks!

Exceptional Customer Service and Technical Expertise at Audioloops
I recently downloaded several sound libraries from Audioloops. They are all great. However, I had an issue with one of them. They didn't give up; they followed up with me every time. They provided an exchange library. They didn't stop there; their technical team conducted a remote session and carefully traced all my issues, rectifying them very promptly. Their technical expertise and service are unbelievably top-class. I wish them all the best from the bottom of my heart.

A TOTAL SCAM !..COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL SOLD
The website resells unauthorized copies of other brands as their original material. One of the products i have the exclusive distribution rights to is being sold on their website with no prior permission. They are even using my own text from my website and my own packaging for it....A SCAM !....website has been already reported...LEGAL ACTION PENDING
