Through Nick Ferguson with an email address at auctoremhouse.com, segment producer at Spotlight TV Network, I signed up for a Professional Services Package at the cost of $4000. The main component of this Package consists of a 45-minute interview with Logan Crawford. In August 2025, I had had a 20-minute interview with Mr. Crawford about my book HEADACHES Why You Have Them - What You Can Do About Them. It was arranged through EC Publishing, and I was interested in doing a longer one with him, which is the reason that I signed up for the above Package. However, the interview has not materialized to date, 5 months later, and Mr. Ferguson does not return my emails. I have also sent an email to Auctorum House but they have not responded either.

I wish to amend my notes of 4 days ago.
The company explained the reasons for some of the delays...they seem to be working extra hard and I appreciate what they are doing.

This company is a scam. Do not engage!

My first book. called by Nick Ferguson, and handed over to Jacob Aguilera. Exciting to speak to and work with. But the goal posts kept moving, requiring more money each time. "It's a sure thing. We just need $ 5,000.00" Just another 5K, then 2K then 3K then 5K. My experience with Auctorem House was, in the final analysis horrible. I have turned them into the FBI for internet fraud. This company is tied into Lit Prime Publshing. When I chose to end my services the representatives refuse to answer my calls about my refunds. No answers I will be contacting my lawyer soon.

My contact here said that my book requires some editing and cover changes before they can proceed with the publishing so we are doing that at the moment. We'll see what comes out of it, I had things prepared but I trust their expertise.

They have a deep level of understanding how proper book marketing should be done. Just an amazing service!

I am a medical doctor and a writer, too. Folks from this company contacted me about two weeks ago, and I was initially skeptical wondering whether
this is a scam, or a real publishing house. However, pretty soon I realized that not only are they legitimate, but also very responsible, highly professional, and immaculately efficient.
They will be publishing 3 of my previously published books (all non-fiction) and promoting 2 of them at the LA Times Festival of Books in April. Of course, I need to see how it all goes--but for now, I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the workers in this company. I am glad that they found me!

I'm an author, and not a marketer so services such as this are very important for me. They planned everything from A to Z and it has paid off well. Thanks team!

Auctorem lets authors be author and they take the mundane marketing work on themselves. I find them easy to work with and the results are great. I wouldn't be here on my own. Thanks!

Y’all better watch out! They charge big money, and I’m not even sure these reviews are real. Somebody said my book would get into some magazine fair... sounds shady to me. Paid them, then this dude named Reid called, had some accent, and asked for more cash. Lucky my bank got my money back. Don’t fall for it!

It's not my first book, I have tried to publish before (on my own) and I faced several setbacks, one after another. Basically I had no other choice than to find someone who could do this for me (and do it successfully). Auctorem House just did that!

I wanted to send my new book straight to the marketing team but after reviewing it, they said I need some editing work first and we just finished that so the only thing left for us is to start the campaigns and hope that everything goes as we have been planning.

The fees are lower than known-names in the industry are charging so that's a plus. I wish the support be faster, thus I am not giving them more than this right now.

I got my answers even before the service started and that gave me the confidence. They kept their word and I have made a considerable amount of money through these sales.

They stayed professional from start to finish and basically held our hand throughout the process. I am beyond satisfied.

My first print has been sold out. It took a couple of months but here we are. Thank you!

A few of them can deliver results as Auctorem House but none of them can match their fee structure. Thanks for all the help and what you have done for us.

Most authors can't bother with marketing as they have enough on their plate, as had I, and I'm glad they took care of everything I ever needed in that regard.

It's important to note that they contacted me themselves and I wasn't even aware that something like this was available for me. We got our deal done within the same day and so far, they have kept their word!
