This was a great way to raise funds for our development campaign and to help people to connect differently across our church community - and it was fun.

I really appreciated the time you took to consider our long list of extra needs and then advise on what could be done from this. As a result we had a fantastically successful event and no doubt you will be hearing from us again in future!

Auction of Promises was so easy to use and made what I thought would be a complicated task of running a promise auction very straightforward. Clear instructions and an easy to use interface with lots of helpful information about how to run a promise auction. I would highly recommend and I'm very thankful for how much time it saved me!

Well it is the first time I have heard of this concept being from the United States and was not sure what to expect in terms of responses from our members, but yes it made us a very healthy total.

We received great feedback from our bidders that the site was easy to use and we found it very easy to set up too. Any queries we submitted were always dealt with quickly. The only thing that was frustrating was that you could not change the order of the prizes listed after they had been entered.

Absolutely amazing site! I had to add an online auction to a recent fundraiser as we received so many raffle prizes, we needed to offload some. Set our goal at £250, ended up increasing it to £350, then £500, then £600. We even beat that goal! Simple to use and great site. Perfect that there's a free option to help charities raise money without costing an arm and a leg! Will definitely use again!

What went best for us was how quick it was to set up the auction and then the lots for the auction. The event itself went well too without any problems with using the service.
It would be handy to see some better guidance on campaigns and engagement hence four stars.

It is now the third time that we have used the service for the Thurby Club annual fund raising effort and each time it's been successfull, thank you.

We ran our auction which finished last month using this site for the second time, just as out first experience it went very smoothly though I will say that I found it a little hard to look up help topics. Using the contact link was the best way to get help when it was needed is my advice and response was prompt. I should point out that this is not a donation type site such as virginmoneygiving or justgiving and does not have payment methods included but it is great for running a fundraising auction such as we did.

Set up an auction to support a charity day. Very easy to add and remove lots, and the summary enabled us to see which lots had bids. The running total was exciting to watch as it increased beyond our expectations.
Will definitely use Auction of Promises again.

The help and advice on how to get our auction going was excellent and a good result.

I raised a little over a thousand pounds for the Red Cross with this site, I already had people involved so did not need to spread the word in the ways that the site suggests, but yes would recommend.

More people got involved then we had expected and the auction did extremely well. I would say that some aspects took a little effort to understand but very good besides.

It was the second use of the site for us, I would say that it takes a little longer to set up the auction than last time but having said that it worked well for us.

We made a good amount on our winter event to raise money for this year's Beavers camp. It was easy for me to use the site so yes very happy to recommend.

This was my first time using the site after some trepidation about running a fundraising event for the Manor School. I had looked at a few options for services to use and this looked to be the better value the no commission part was the most attractive bit for me. The auction went extremely well I would only say that some more flexible options around appearance wod have been nice, but very happy as we raised over £2000 by the time it ended. I'd recommend checking all the options but yes very pleased.

We ran our winter auction on the website and although things went smoothy some of those involved and myself I must admit would have expected an app not just a website, though everything worked alright. I only mention this because most services similar to this offer an app and this does not.

Much improved since our last auction two years ago and still nice and straightforward. The thing we found most handy was the catalogue which seems to be new, it saved all the time we spent last time on putting a detailed document together. I did not expect so many people to get involved and I would use again.

Our auction went well, the set up took a bit longer than I expected so maybe that could be quicker, otherwise very good, thanks.
