I bought a Chanel handbag and diamond tennis bracelet, and both were shipped to me immediately and were as beautiful as they looked in the photos. This is a scam. Links are very sensitive, you end up buying something you don't want and your choice is high debt or collections.

I have being buying at Auction King for almost 2 years. I work with a lovely woman, Brianna, who makes everything perfect for me. She knows that I am a little larger than the customary 17’ necklace and 7.5’ bracelet and always makes sure to tell me, and if needed fix the item at no additional cost. It is a real pleasure to buy at Auction King and Brianna is who makes it special,

I had won a few lots and my mom passed away so I was short on cash for the fewloys however in good faith I called and paid for the 2 recent lots. Then lady from auctioning tells me oh I understand no problem. Then she says I'm gonna help you out Mr Lord and I'm gonna help you out and put it all on one invoice and I'll get the 2 lots mailed. This was Friday so fast forward to Monday I called to find out if the 2 lots were mailed and she says. Oh no there was a discrepancy everything is on one invoice and that I'd have to pay 15% of the ticket.i told her but Friday you said it would be in mail. And gave me the run around all day today when I said I need to speak with the manager. So yes buyer be ware. It's obvious they don't want me to get the 2 lots and see how much I'll be upset and probably not buy the rest of the 3 lots. Either way tomorrow I am stopping payment.

Buyer Beware on Jewelry purchases. Auction Kings claim their jewelry is appraised at a very high value, but they're not. Won a ring appraised at $8800, spent $1700 on it. Within a day of getting it, a diamond fell out. Contacted them, had to send away to get fixed. Once ring came back, it was worn only 3 times and another fell out. Went to a gemologist and got a real appraisal, to find out the ring is only worth $2000 not the $8800. The diamonds that they used for the sides of the ring, are worthless. All the Jewelers we brought our ring to stated they couldn't even order such a low grade diamond. Contacted Auction King and they were unprofessional and smug. Stating that they look at what they "think the ring should be worth". That is not a real appraisal. Thank god it all happened as soon as we got the ring so we could get our money back through our credit card company. If they weren't out to scam, then our conversation with them would've been completely different. Most repreable businesses would apologize and refund. Not them, they chose to fight about it. That's how they get their money. Life lesson: if it seems too good to be true, it is. Just walk away.

I love, love ,love Auction King. The prices are amazing! So much bang for the buck! I have bought many Auction King jewels and I couldn't be happier; the workmanship, the quality. Any time I wear my Auction King wins I get so many compliments! Very happy customer!

When I received my bid items, they were junk. Lost over $900. Be safe. Don't bid.

I have bought numerous items through this online auction site. Everything arrives within a few days, despite having to clear.customs and delivering to a rural Canadian address. Customer service is outstanding, shipping fees are minimal, quality of auction items are outstanding!! I'm fortunate to have happened upon this site and look forward to seeing what their auction offers up in the future!!! Well done Auction King!!

I won a ruby ring at auction Kings Auction for $700. I was a little intimated at first by the high paced auction but I got the hang of it. After winning I called customer service to pay and inquire about shipping. When I called they told me that they even do free ring sizing. So I got my ring sized for free and it shipped literally the next day. Very fast shipping and easy to work with.

They corrected problems of my making even though the terms and conditions stated otherwise. The appraisal on an item is the highist that can be expected. This is stated on the lot # information page. They are totally honest in their dealings.

The jewelry I have bought is very beautiful I wear it daily and receive so many compliments
