But once you pay the 50% deposit and then nothing, I emailed and no replies, I phoned and only got "leave a message" no replied. Tried countless time and no response.Went to the Japanese Commerce commision and they would do nothing to help. "DON'T DEAL WITH THEM"

This company has proven to be filled with lies scams and deceit.There are multiple contacts made to purchase vehicles and once the transfer is made then any attempts to contact the agent is met with silence and no response.To call them thieves would be a compliment.Four vehicles ordered none delivered and no response. Unless you are prepared for a legal battle as I am now faced with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

The only reason I am giving a star is because I cannot write a review without clicking at least something. This company if it can even be called that is a bunch of scammers who are not even located in Japan Robo form dummy companies with the name and have your money sent to that account and then refused to take any calls or any resolution. I have all four vehicles with them one about six months ago to about two months ago and one a little over a month ago at the point of ordering agents or so-called agents will call every day but once that money is put there and they have determined that I made enough money off of you they will leave you with very little action you can take. I will not even say order from this company at your own risk I will simply say do not order anything from them if you value your money or reputation of your business at all. I’m about to try to seek litigation against them again. Especially individuals in the Caribbean let’s unite and how this company banned from doing business and Defrauding Congress people of their hard earned money.

They either would give false hopes to lead you on, give lame excuses or would ignore you for days.
As of now they stopped responding and furthermore blocked me. There is no way to contact them other than thru agents of other clients you might know.
This company seems to be operating a sort of ponzi scheme where before they were actually doing business but now with the reputation they have built, they are using it to their advantage to grab people's deposit and run away without delivering.
I have deposited over 8,500$ and there are many others who have falled victim to this company
We need help to recover our hard earned money.
If nothing is done then they will be scamming more and more people every day

RAMADBK company showed me a fake auction sheet. Suddenly they chosen a vehicle for me and sent it after 3 months from My payment date.

Do not buy from this company.

AHJ Refund my money usd 3300. Since September 2020 taking my money but no car received to date

AHJ. I paid $ 5,675 in Sep 2020 as depoist for Mitsubishi Oulander, but since Sep.2020 i have been lied to by an agent calling himself Khan,He gave me story after story. That my car failed Inspection , !! That he has asked concerned department to purchase car for me. That the Mitsubishi are now out of Stock. So i choose another Car. I chose HONDA CRV . The Story continued. This also failed Inspection. Then i decided they give me a Toyota Axio which was same value with Deposit Held my themselves. That is when Khan disappeared in February. No more contacts, NO reply to emails or Whatsapp. Even their Customer service emails are never answered. Then came another Agent Calling himself Arron. He said same things as Khan.Then they changed Phone numbers and started using some US coded Numbers. One was +1(609)
This are CONMEN ,THIEVES. Avoid them By all Means.

Also Lets come together and make one big Group and tackle this people because they are Alive and operating

Buyers of used Japanese cars do not buy from Auction House Japan .The company and its sales personnel are not trustworthy and not honest people .....we paid $5000 since last year October 2020 they did not send up the vehicle nor refund am going to take legal action against this company I dealt with a sales rep with a fake name of KEVIN .I have all relevant documents from his company called AICTION HOUSE JAPAN and all contact numbers .

AHJ is a fraud company. They will take your money and deliver nothing or force you to take a car worth less than the value sent to them after months of frustrating you.

They are the same fraud stars operating Car hub Japan and Auto rod , they use fake names and do business on what's app.

Made payment in September 2020 .They didn't win any car.I requested for a refund which I haven't received it up to today.Don't be lured into trading with this company.You'll lose your hard earned money.

I RECIEVE ANOTHER FORM TO COMPLETE, YET NO NAME FROM THE AGENT.I REQUESTED TO RECIEVE A QUOTE FOR A TRANSMISSION OF A NISSAN NOTE, AND WAS ADVISED OF NO AVAILABLE PARTS. I AM TOLD MY REFUND IS UNDER OBSERVATION,WHATEVER THAT MEANT IT DID NOT SOUND GOOD ON DECEMBER3, 2020.THE SAME PHONE AND THE SECOND AGENT, NO REFUND NO VEHICLE., 3 MONTHS LATER. MR. FREDDIE WAS A NICER AGENT. THE NEW AGENT TOLD HE GOT CORONA ON DEC 11,2020 AND WAS OUT OF WORK. I FELT SORRY FOR HIM AND WANTED TO CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT. I MESSAGE EVERY OTHER DAY AND WEEK, NO ANSWER UNTIL JAN 14,2021.THE SALES MANAGER JOHN FRASER TELLS ME THE PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH HAS LEFT THE COMPANY. I QUICKLY SEND HIM THE REFUND FORM. HE ASKS IF I AM PAYING FOR A VEHICLE, BUT HE IS LOOKING AT A REFUND FORM.
