Couldn’t ask for more from an auctioneer Dan has gone above and beyond typical duties to meet my requirements and save me an eye watering sum of money. Forever grateful for a good, honest businessman.

Exceptional service from Dan at Auction House North Wale. The service provided was of the highest standard. Would definitely use again.

After trying to sell my property for over 12 months I decided to try an action in an effort to sell my property. After contacting a couple of other auctioneers I gave the Auction House a call, I spoke to Dan who was instantly different to the other auctioneers I had spoken to, Dan gave me an overview of how everything works but also had a friendly nature, it was at this point I knew Dan & the auction house was the one.
I meet with Dan at the property and he answered every question I had thought of since our initial chat, Dan handled all the viewings and was always on hand throughout the process, her worked tirelessly to get me a sale and kept me up to date with everything that was going all the way through. I first spoke to Dan on the 7th of July and we have completed today 6th of September. The process has been so easy I’m not sure I would ever bother going down the estate agent route ever again. Thanks Auction House and thank you Dan

Your representative Daniel Lawrence was very helpful and thoughtful throughout my enquiries and I feel went to great lengths to assist and inform. Made the whole experience a positive one.
