Pen arrived super quick (ordered on Saturday, arrived on Tuesday iirc) and was actually much better quality than I expected- few/no scratches at all and works perfectly on my iPad. Great alternative to buying brand new :)

I cannot believe you sent a $740 GPU in a PADDED ENVELOPE!! Which idiot thought that was a good idea? Do you not have boxes at CEX?

Great Communication, Fast Delivery & Excellent Service

The site is user-friendly, and the product rankings are easy to understand. It was simple to navigate, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was almost instant, and when an issue arose, it was handled promptly with a refund provided quickly. Saved Money, Delivered with Care

Very happy with what I received. Brand new webcam costs $250 up to $300 in one instance. Picked it up for $80. No original box, but the packaging it was delivered in made sure it would arrive without further damage. Will always use CEX to pick up electronics before going full price on stuff, if available. Thank you very much, very happy customer!

I ordered the GH5 guitar for PS3

I ordered the GH5 guitar for PS3. The reason I went with CeX was to avoid any defect on the product especially when purchasing decades old one. I was as excited as my kids when the guitar finally arrived. It didn't work. The guitar only flashed and connected to PS3 for 3 seconds before the light was off. I tried with different new batteries at home and the issue still the same. I went to shops to get different brands batteries but the guitar has the same issue of only connected for 3 seconds before off even when the game was on.

It's very disaspointing that nobody bother to test the product before shipped. Also the guitar does not have any strap, which should have been mentioned in website. Instead, it wasn't and I thought the would come together with a strap.

Shipped the product back for Refund, and it's been sent back since last week and I don't even know how to track the progress.

I purchased a mint condition phone and…

I purchased a mint condition phone and when I arrived yet was extremely scratched but came boxed. I wasn't happy with it but the staff were extremely helpful and found another phone of the same model but with a larger storage and in much better condition and for a better price. They refunded the original online purchase and I was able to purchase this better one! I'm really happy with the service even though my initial reaction was disappointment, the staff really helped to fix the problem and found me a great phone.

Ordered a Sonos roam 2 but received a…

Ordered a Sonos roam 2 but received a roam 1. The listing had no pictures so I couldn’t verify it for myself. I was told they don’t do partial refunds. So had to return it, which was an easy process but a waste of time.

I appreciate that although the return process itself was straightforward, the overall situation still caused inconvenience and took up your time unnecessarily. Your feedback regarding the listing accuracy and fulfilment process has been passed on to the relevant store management and fulfilment teams for review.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a partial refund in situations where the item received differs from the one listed on the invoice. This is because, if the item were to develop a fault in the future, it could create complications with the warranty process, as the invoice would not match the physical item in your possession. We aim to ensure that any future warranty claims can be handled smoothly and without confusion, and for that reason we are unable to amend the order in a way that would create a mismatch between the invoice and the item.

VERY happy return customer! :D Have bought quite a few items from CeX (Chromecasts, PS5 headset, earbuds, tablet, iPhone) and it's always been a very easy (and affordable) experience :) Items were refurbished, delivered to the house - so easy! I did have a problem when the PS5 headset dongle wasn't the right one, but the staff at CeX Ipswich were VERY helpful and replaced the headset and dongle with no dramas. Have recommended CeX to friends and family. Thanks SO much! :D
