I ordered a jacket, it took 4 weeks to arrive. The sizing must be for a really skinny armed person. They are refusing every attempt to enable me to return it for arefund, telling me it would cost me too much to return it, and offered me £2. I paid through PayPal which I thought only reputable companies could use .

I ordered a bracelet. They overcharged me & also charged me twice. No bracelet ever delivered & their customer service is appalling. Never ever buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! The items I received were so small they wouldn't even fit a child. Now they are trying everything they can to avoid me sending the items back and receiving a refund. A total scam!

Items were actually received were up to the standard as advertised, they were cheap and nasty, the butterflies on the solar lights were made of paper/cardboard, hardly an outside produce. Even though they have a returns policy on their website which appears you can buy in confidence, they will not accept a return because it costs too much money on postage and closes the request down. I have attempted so many times to reach them but no one has actually tried to help and accept a return or offer any assistance. The site completely ignores you which I think is disgraceful. The review disappears and does not appear on the website so they are clearly dishonest and will not allow customers the chance to leave honest feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Goods advertised on Facebook have not arrived. I suspect it’s another scam.
Credit Card company will have to refund me again.

Shoddy goods and when I asked their return policy was as good as told it will be too expensive to send back. Please do not buy from this company, they are just laughing at us. Absolutely RUBBISH

Terrible company. Do not use. Ordered child’s toy. Charged £33 only worth bout 5!!!! Contacted company for refund. No luck.

Bought three pairs of these in different sizes already . These are our son's favorite shoes. Easy to clean by washing them in the washing machine. No broken pieces, they still look like new.

This witches hat is worth every penny! Well constructed with interior stretch bands to firmly yet softly hold it in place on my head. Wires hold the wonky shape in place as well. I Love this Hat!
