Love the hand soap!

I ordered a pack so I didn't have to think about soap refills for a while! We were using a kind that I could get from the grocery store but then I found out there was an ingredient in it that is banned in Europe. No thanks! The U.S. is an amazing country but it's tough to see ingredients in U.S. made products contain different ingredients in the U.S. vs. those they sell to other countries. Anyway! I was on the hunt and my research brought me here. The scents are lovely but not overpowering and I love the foundation of this company. The price is totally fair as well. We will be continued customers.

Il manquait des articles , j’ai déjà passer plusieurs commandes , ce n’était jamais arrivé. J’ai dû contacter le SC , ils ont super bien gérer et me renvoyer les items manquants . Aucun problème avec eux .

I’ve been trying different hair foils…

I’ve been trying different hair foils lately and honestly…Attitude hair foils is my favourite so far.

The embossed texture makes such a difference — they don’t slip, they stay in place, and it makes the whole application feel cleaner and more controlled. Especially for balayage and highlights, it just gives you more precision.

Plastic containers

I don't understand why so many product are now sold in plastic containers. I have ordered for a couple of years and liked the products but now some are no longer available, and newer products are all in plastic. Besides liking the product l liked the idea of eco-friendly containers. Sorry to see the changes.

Products are always good

Products are always good. I bought the fabric softener and kids' bubble bath, which are both favourites in our household. The fabric softener works very well and has a nice, clean scent. You don’t need much and it doesn't leave a residue in the machine like the traditional brands. The bubble bath makes great suds and smells really nice.

I ordered products that were charged to…

I ordered products that were charged to me on Jan 31st. I have filled out multiple contact forms and emailed them for weeks trying to find out where my products are with no response. They don't have a phone number so you are at their mercy to receive the products you paid for and receive a response.

Read reviews before ordering

Once again I received my order with 2 items missing over$50.00 The previous time it took 3 months to be reimburse but I had to send several emails before getting a reply. Their reviews are mor than 65 percent are unsatisfied customers. Very unprofessional.

Frustrating Lack of Customer Support

am extremely disappointed with my experience. There is no phone number available to reach customer service, and I have not received any replies to my emails. This lack of support makes resolving issues impossible and leaves customers feeling ignored. I expected better communication from this company. You just lost a loyal client. I will also report you Best Business Bureau for ripping me off.

Poor products and no customer service

Dear Attitude Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase and the subsequent customer service experience. The product I received was too small in the tube, and as soon as it touched my skin, it slid back into the tube, making it impossible to use. This issue rendered the product unusable.

Additionally, I was unable to find a direct phone number for customer service. Despite sending several emails over several weeks, I have yet to receive a response to my concerns. I feel frustrated and let down, especially after being a loyal customer for many years and spending a significant amount of money with your company.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling as though my business is not valued. I am also out $58.00 plus HST for a product I cannot use.
I do not reccomend this company look at their reviews on trustpilot 63 % unsatisfied customer.

The products are great

The products are great and the shipping is free. Shipping does take a long time. A package I ordered hadn’t arrived and when I contacted them, they immediately gave me a refund so Customer Service has been great. I like it that the products are EWG verified so I’ll be buying more.

They need new management

Purchased hundreds of dollars of items numerous times. It takes weeks for them to respond if they do. Then to add insult to injury when I wanted a refund for one deodorant because the tube did not work and they finally responded weeks later they wanted me to complete a product form with numerous questions and provide a video of how its not working. I have never seen anything like it in my life and I worked manufacturing and wholesale for 20 years as a manager. Still have not heard back from them or received my credit.

Also we have found both the products for humans and dogs make the skin itchy ie shampoos and creams. I had extreme hair loss when using the shampoo and conditioner. No more.

Lacking Customer Service

My daughter recommended Attitude products that she started using and simply loved. I placed my first order six months ago. Love the product and appreciate the quality. They are a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind that I am protecting my family from harmful chemicals and respecting the environment. It is just a shame that I will not be ordering again. I will find another eco friendly product line. We have a second home in California. My first order was placed when we were there and I received my order. Shipping was slow, but I did receive. I placed my second order from our home state in Utah but it was shipped to the wrong address to our other residence. I wasn't sure if my error or their's. I called immediately but did not hear back until the next day. I tried for a week to get the order delivered to my Utah address. No one from Attitude or FedEx could assist, pointing a finger to the other company. I gave up trying and will have to ask a neighbor to pick up the order and hold until we are there next.
This morning, I place another order and this time made sure I had the delivery address to our Utah residence. Again, the final invoice indicated delivery was to the California residence. I immediately contacted customer service. Notice was sent that it could take five days to receive a reply. I placed two on-line messages indicating I needed to hear back immediately, hoping this time to circumvent the wrong delivery location. Of course, calling via telephone is next to impossible, but I left a message for their marketing department hoping someone would call back. To no avail, call never returned. I have now contacted my credit card company and filled a dispute. End of the saga is that I will not order from a company that, in spite of terrific products, their customer service is terrible. Truly is a shame. I hope someone will address their poor customer service.

THEY RIPPED ME OFF!

THEY RIPPED ME OFF!
I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of products and I only received 1/3 of the items, even though my account shows the order has been "fulfilled."
This is my second order where my items were NOT actually "fulfilled."
While I like the products, I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

Very Poor Experience

If I could, I would rate lower than 1 star. I had a terrible experience with Attitude. I love their products and have been a loyal customer. I ordered as part of their Black Friday sale on 11/27/25. I received part of my order (with no communication that I was receiving the order in 2 shipments) on 12/6/25 (almost 10 days after ordering).
I wrote customer service about the rest of my order and it took them NINE days to respond! I received the second shipment on 12/16/25 (almost 3 weeks after I ordered) and part of my order was still missing so I had to write again. They did not offer to send me the missing items like most places would have done. They instead refunded me and gave me a code for free shipping so I can reorder the items that I had already ordered and that they did not send. What?
I am hesitant to ever order again from them. I rarely or never write bad reviews but my experience warrants a review like this to warn others. I have no idea who is in charge of operations but hopefully something will change with this company. I honestly have never had a worse experience ordering products. Ever. The amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this has been exhausting and I still don’t have what I ordered.
