An oasis in the Essex desert - shopped with these guys for years and they've never let me down, be it on-line of in-store - which is the best way to see all their stock. Got to be your first stop in supporting independent skater-run businesses .

Best skatestore in the UK! Been going there for a while. Super knowledgable and helpful, and love a chat about kicks. Would happily spend my days talking skating with them! If you live in or near Essex then you need to go and check them out!

cant fault them. their customer services was quality. Was called up to be told about ordering the wrong bearings for my complete deck, they then fixed the situation and even offered to build the board for me free of charge. very helpful and given a good insight into building a board to a novice like me. the representative of the company was extremely friendly and their was no hassle.

Great experience for me. Next day delivery, great product at a great price, flawless service overall. Can't speak for the customer service as that seems to be peoples main complaint but I am personally a very satisfied customer.

I was a little worried ordering from Attitudeinc as the reviews were mixed.I can only tell you about my experience.
The item was at such a great price i could't pass it by.
Ordered on the Monday, Despatch on Tuesday, Delivered on the Wednesday, Item was perfect, Supper fast delivery. i will not hesitate to buy from again. 5 STARS.

Was sent the wrong pair of shoes which I returned.
I received a refund for the item promptly but have yet to receive my return postage costs.
Tried sending an email to their customer service team to find out more but have yet to get a response.

I shouldn’t have to chase to receive my full refund. I am out of pocket due to their incompetence.

Correct shoes were eventually supplied by Flatspot, who I can’t rate highly enough.

Update: Did finally get a response and my postage refunded.

FROM NOW ON ID RATHER PAY A FEW QUID EXTRA AT PLACES LIKE SIZE? OR HANON ETC AND GET A FREE RETURNS LABEL THAT YOU JUST POST BACK NO JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS AND HAVING THIS HASSLE ...sorry caps were on cant be bothered to retype ive been busyt all day trying to get a refund :)

Had no problems whatsoever. Placed two orders, one came 2 days later, and one was no effort to cancel when I got through to the store. Very pleased.

Found a deal on their sale page. Bought 2 pairs of skate trainers for cheap, paid for it all. Then a few days later I got a refund notification email from PayPal saying I've been refunded and just the information of my original purchase.

No other email was given with the reason why. Had a troubled time finding a contact email for attitudeinc.co.uk. Once I did I questioned my order and was told, I got refunded because there was an error on the data base and the item was out of stock.

I've rated this site poorly because they should have told me the problem right away then issued a refund. Not leave their customers sitting in the dark.

Doubtful I'd use again.
