I used to keep my stuff in another storage and I was looking to change somewhere in London that's conveniently located and can be accessed 24/7.

Attic Storage Harrow has surpassed every expectation from the moment I spoke to Samir on the phone to discuss what the storage options are and the prices til my first visit to the location - I was thoroughly impressed. The technology on the security access using the app was excellent and definitely the unique selling point for me in choosing Attic Storage.

I also appreciate a lot superb assistance from Samir and Jamie since I was away the whole time and a few times I needed assistance to grant access to friends or couriers who needed to pickup some items from my storage unit. There was also a time that I needed to store more furniture and everything was communicated timely and sorted for me even without being physically there.

All the communications were prompt, highly considerate and always provides assurance and peace of mind.

As always, the place looked and felt first class. Clean and tidy.
As always, the member of staff (on this occasion MARIA…) assisted me from arrival to departure. From getting me logged into the app, to accompanying me in the lift to my floor (as I’m not fond of lifts, if I’m honest…)
And as always, I was reminded why I chose Attic storage over other similar companies.

Maria was very kind, attentive and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and answer my queries. Highly recommend!

Attic storage have caused a major dissatisfaction with their service that I have received with my storage unit, which had been infested with rats and mice with so many droppings, my wooden items were damp still which means it was actively occurring. The toxic germs and bacteria from the items I touched is disgusting.

This infestation has resulted in extensive damage to approximately 95% of my belongings, leaving me with significant losses estimated at over £8,000.

Despite assurances from the management that my insurance claim would be processed within a couple of weeks, it has now been two months with no progress or updates. I find this lack of communication and action unacceptable, especially considering that the team was aware of previous infestations on the same floor and failed to inform me but discussed it right in front of me.

The store manager was great and helpful but very dishonest.

Additionally, I am disappointed that I have not received a refund or compensation from them, despite the circumstances. This situation has left me without my belongings and feeling deeply frustrated with the company’s handling of the matter.

I cannot recommend their services to others under these circumstances and warn anyone and everyone to not use them.

The manager let us down in the last minute by saying there would not be able to offer us the unit, although it was already reserved online, and check in made, and we had already visited beforehand.

Customer service is not prioritised at all.

Staff were friendly, informative and very helpful! Definitely would recommend!

Superb customer service and nothing was too much.. from inital quote to signing of contracts everything was smooth. Showed us around, gave us coffee and even told us not to worry when we asked for anbrrom to sweep the little mess that we made.

The facilities are very secure and clean and modern technology is used to access areas.

Storage is hardly a fun thing to organise and shifting boxes and belongings isn’t at all a joy but when you have a Marco (Harrow branch) to help you - it’s an absolute treat. His approach is customer first and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He exemplifies what all businesses should model their customer experience around and I can wholeheartedly recommend his help when booking your storage needs.

The staff were really helpful in any questions that I had and were really helpful in setting up my account thank you attic self storage.
