Marco and Samir delivered customer service that was truly second to none. From the moment I arrived, they were exceptionally welcoming and incredibly helpful—going above and beyond to ensure I could access the facilities straight away. The technology in place is brilliant and remarkably easy to use, and they even provided a full demonstration to get me up and running without delay. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a great experience at Attic Storage. The place is really well maintained and way nicer than Yellow Storage. Andre made the whole process stress free he was professional, efficient, and just genuinely helpful. Would definitely recommend them as a solution to anyone considering long term storage 👌

Excellent service by Andre and Maria! Really pleased with the unit and the care gone into ensuring security and safety. Their professionalism goes a long way.

visited storage office and was attended by Maria Basile. She gave me straight information about the rental. As she was not a pushy salesperson, I decided to be a customer.
The unit is good but the electronics can be a bit less user friendly at times.
Main disappointment is the very small parking area.

Starting up was very easy. James talked me through the way it works and outlined prices clearly. Premises are clean and 24 hour access is very straightforward. Communication has been excellent. Early days but so far I am very impressed.
