My order was cancelled and they are refusing to refund my money. Absolute scam. Will have to get Visa involved. Wish I had read all the horror stories about this company before making a purchase.

I was uncertain ordering from this site as it is a new one to me but I am very glad I did. I bought 3 tops and each one is absolutely beautiful! I am usually a medium , sometimes a large, I ordered all 3 in medium as per the size chart. One top I would prefer it in a large but I will make it work ! Great quality ! I will definitely be ordering again from this company!

A size XXL is about a M. The fabric was not as stated. Very disappointed. Have requested info for returning.

Very bad. Do not order from this company. The quality is not the same. There is also no refund policy or returns.

Got for a gift - not sure about the texture of the material - had hoped it would have been cosier.

This is a Chinese company. Takes weeks to get product. Sized very small. Odd shapes to shirts.

The shipping was quick but the items are not quite as advertised. The fabric is thin and there are no washing instructions.

What i got was not what I expected. Major issue is the site misrepresents the fibre content. I carefully selected items listed as “cotton blend” as i did not want 100% synthetic- and they appear to be a poly/rayon blend of some sort- I doubt there is any cotton in them. 2nd issue is the pants fit- the waist comes up to just below my breasts- not at the waist at all. (I bought 2 - 2 pce casual lounge sets). A few good points are; other than the crotch depth of the pants, the sizing is true to size, the fabric is nice looking (just not the fabric i expected) and it was nicely packaged in zipper plastic bags.

Shirts were beautiful! Lovely and soft. Fabric is a heavy tshirt type material with beautiful prints. I was needlessly nervous about ordering from a new to me company. I am so pleased I have already placed another order. Thank you!

The materials of these clothes are not as they appear to be in the photos. What appears to be a thick, comfortable sweater, is actually very poor quality material. It does not have a nice feel to it, and does not seem like it will last long at all. There is not even a care label on them, which is indicative to me that there was likely no intent in creating a good quality product. I do not feel that these clothes are worth the money I spent, nor worth the carbon footprint it took to make and receive them. I regretted my purchase immediately after opening the package. Moving forward, I will be sticking to reputable companies and focusing on finding out a company's ethics in their product creation/selection and marketing in my consumer choices. I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone. I imagine it was an intentional decision to not have consumer reviews directly on the company website.

I love their fast shipping and the quality of clothes they provide. The customer service when you call is awesome and they handle you like a friend.

They will NOT return my request for their customer service number to make a return. I have tried 5 times. Buyer beware!!!! Seems to me they have no intention of letting you return or exchange. If anyone has the number NOT listed on their website, will you pass it on. Thanks
